We had such a great experience with Mike! He did so much more than just survey our property—he educated us on accessing publicly-available documents to ensure we could understand the full picture of our property before beginning our fencing project. It is easy to tell he takes great pride in his work and is incredibly thorough and personable. He communicated with us during every step of the survey and completed the work in a more than reasonable amount of time. In short, Mike works as if he is spending his money, not yours. I have already recommended him to several friends and our realtor.
From start to finish, Mike was on top of our request and communicated with us every step of the way. Our property definitely gave him a hard time but he powered through and we thank him for such. The delivery of our as-built survey was explained to us thoroughly so we could best submit our plans to our HOA. We really appreciate your hard work, Mike! We highly recommend him and his services.

Absolutely great customer service.
I called and left a voice mail asking if he did residential surveying. He called back same day and discussed with me what services he provided. We spoke for a while and I explained what I needed done.
After talking with him, he confirmed he could do the work but told me to search around some more just in case to see if there was someone cheaper I might have wanted to contact. This impressed me, not may companies will tell you to do more research incase they weren't the company you wanted to go with. Luckily, I had already done some research and reached out to a few companies and he was the first to actually respond back.
Mike communicated beautifully throughout the process. He texted me once he was on site, provided me an update once the work was completed, and had everything marked clearly across the property.
He then let me know when he was leaving the property and that he would contact me to settle the bill once everything was written up.
Excellent customer service and I truly appreciate the time he took and his professionalism throughout the process. If you need a survey done, this is the company you need.

Worked with Mike Krause, he was professional and exceptionally informative. He helped me with a residential issue I had questions about and provided insight on what my next steps should be as well. He just made the whole process easier, he's a good one ya'll.

Mr mike is awesome to say the least. He is very knowledgeable about his work. He shares where you can find the references and paperwork for your property. Highly recommend him for all your surveying work.

Needed to get my lot out in Wendell surveyed. Most companies would not even call me back as I am a resident and not some big construction company. He was a great price professional and fast.
For all you to big to help the little guy companies you should take a note from this guy.

I was in need of a surveyor ASAP! I gave Mike a call after reading his reviews and explained my situation too him and he told me exactly what type of survey I needed to get. Mike went WAY above and beyond to fit me in his tight schedule. Mike is VERY knowledgeable and DEFINITELY one of the best in the field! He explains everything he is doing along the way of performing his job and any questions I had he was able to answer them all! I really can't thank him enough for everything he did for me and how fast he jumped on it for me! Thank you VERYYY much!! I will definitely recommend Mike to anyone who needs a surveyor.

When I called Mike the first time I literally had no idea what I was even looking for in terms of surveying services. Mike took the time to explain everything to me in way that was easy for me to understand so I could make an informed decision on the services provided. Mike was always upfront about everything; scheduling, costs, etc. If he was unable to take a call, he always called me back. I was extremely impressed with the experience and will be recommending his business to all our friends and neighbors.

My family and I recently bought a home and wanted to put in a privacy fence, so we began the process of trying to find a trustworthy surveyor. What a blessing it was to have come across the great reviews regarding Krause Surveying and the top notch work that others have experienced using Mike Krause. I am thoroughly pleased to say that Mike lived up to all the great things said about him and then some. He showed great initial customer care in talking with me over the phone and answering all my questions and concerns. When it came time to survey my property, Mike was prompt with his arrival and did quality survey work and again was happy to give a full explanation of the work and counsel on how to best preserve the survey work for any future needs of locating boundary lines.
