A bunch of bullies who don't take responsibility for the damages they do! One of their concrete trucks pulled out of a worksite and spewed gravel at my windshield putting a HUGE crack in it. I flagged down the driver right away and have photos of the damage. It was obvious his truck had done it because there was still mud from the worksite in the cracked glass and it was raining. He referred me to his corporate office where it took over a week for my contact - Tony - to respond. When I finally got a call back, Tony attempted to bully me, saying it wasn't their responsibility to fix my windshield, and that I couldn't prove anything because I didn't have video (who drives down the road recording oncoming traffic??). I wouldn't suggest working with a company that doesn't take responsibility for the damage their vehicles create. Who knows if they will be breaking your equipment or doing shoddy work and then trying to blame YOU for their mistakes like he did to me.

Very bad customer service. Called to get a quote and the lady couldn’t give me a full price. I basically had to do the math and stilled asked her if it was it. And she ended up saying she didn’t know.

From start to finish, the people at Central Carolina Concrete made my idea for a project into a reality. The guidance from their salespeople gave me some great ideas to incorporate into my project. The day the concrete was poured, the truck showed up on time. The team was courteous and left no trace after they left. I would highly recommend Central Carolina Concrete to anyone needing concrete for their job or project.
