Best Tile turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Their showroom is magnificent. A wide array of tile and stone is available to be checked out. The help is knowledgeable and professional. They have some of the most interesting tile I have ever seen. The choices in patterned tile alone is worth the visit. I purchased some cut slate for a fireplace surround and am very pleased. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this establishment.
Service sells and at Best Tile, Roger exceeded our expectations. His willingness to listen and help us pick out our tiles was great. Also his coworkers stepped in when he was busy with another customer to assist us. The tiles choices were numerous and the team at Best Tile helped us with our decision. I would highly recommend. Best tile is only relevant if you offer the best service and products and I’m happy to say that Roger the designer at Best Tile provided that for us. Not only was he kind but he also went out of his way to show us different tile combinations to inspire our bathroom. I wish that everyone had the same love and enthusiasm as he does.

Best Tile is top notch. Selection choices are best in the Triad area.
We experienced terrible service at another tile place in Mebane (they didn't order our tile after over a month of having our deposit).
In a panic, our tile guy recommended Jenny and her staff at Best Tile. They were lifesavers! Jenny and Roger offered us great advice and customer service. They listen to what you are looking for and then pull everything together. Highly recommend Best Tile!

We're building in Hillsborough and made multiple trips to work with Maria at Best Tile in Greensboro. She was so helpful. She listened well and helped us reach good decisions for two bathrooms and a kitchen. The showroom is roomy with lots of samples and easy to access from the highway. Maria was always responsive to our emails and willing to spend time with us in person too. Tilework has just been completed and we're so happy with our selections!

The prior reviews are old. My most recent experience at the Greensboro store level has been one where they screwed up multiple times our orders and the local person responded with indifference each time as if we were an inconvenience. The delays added up to about 1 month over about 4 separate instances. Now we wait for tile to be flown in from Portugal which should have been received months ago. Surely another tile store in the area may be in order if you are managing a major renovation where accuracy of quantity and timeliness are important so as to have the tiles when your contractors need them.

My contractor recommended Best Tile for my bathroom shower. I drove from Asheville to Greensboro multiple times and it was worth it. I was allowed to look around and wasn't stalked by sales people. When I was having a hard time picking an accent tile they helped me find different options and narrow down what I wanted. They were respectful of my budget. My shower is AMAZING! Thank you

Best Tile was the only place I could find exactly what I wanted to finish our kitchen. Everyone there was helpful, Jenny especially. I absolutely love our kitchen!
