Florida tile wouldn't know a customer if they bumped into them. I paid for a bag of grout on 5/8/2017 and tried to return an un-opened bag today, 7/17/2017 and they said because it was over 30 days since the purchase they would not refund my money. REALLY!!! The bag was not used and they still carry the product why wouldn't a company return one un-used bag. I guess they are more interested in saving $52.00 than tring to satisfy a customer. If you like getting ripped off and being treated like sh..t then by all means go to Florida Tile.
