We were highly satisfied with 5 Star Roofing & Restoration, LLC! Our salesman Trey S. was awesome….he took care of the whole process from day one to the finish of getting our roof replaced! The crew that replaced our roof were very professional and left our property the way they found it, with the exception of a new roof! They were true to their word, that everything they said they would do was done in a timely and professional manner! We would recommend 5 Star to anyone needing a new roof ?

I haven't had my roof repaired or replaced at this time. I will update my review if appropriate.
Hunter, the gentleman representing the company, who was providing a roof inspection for me, was prompt, courteous and professional. Communication surrounding details about potential work has also been fast and courteous. Everything about my impressions up to this point leads me to believe that this company is dedicated to providing a quality experience for their customers. These guys don't give off the normal fly by night vibes of those roofing crews that pop out of the woodwork when a storm rolls through. I will certainly be keeping them in mind with future roofing needs.

Kyle was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and was very reassuring. The team came out and made it look easy! One day and they were done with my roof and did a good job of cleaning up. Highly recommended!

5 Star Roofing and Restoration did a free inspection on my home in 2022. My roof at the time was 22 years old. They were very honest in advising me that they found no issues and that I did not need a new roof. I had been told that I had storm damage by another roofing company.
5 Stars honestly went a long way with me. Last year, I found shingles in the yard of a second home we own. For comparison, I called 3 roofing companies for this house.
I went with 5 Star on this house and have no regrets. My experience with them have been excellent every step of the way. JT kept me informed throughout the process. He was very helpful in guiding me through the claim process with my insurance. The supplies were delivered the day before the installation. The crew showed up early that morning and had our roof finished in 1 day. The quality and fit and finish of our new roof is excellent.

Kyle, Randy and their crew are incredible to work with when replacing roof, gutters and downspouts. Every member of this team strives for perfection. My peculiar requests were never met with ‘We cannot do that’, but, “Let’s see how we can make that happen for you.” Out of curiosity, I obtained 2 additional quotes. All 3 quotes were within hundreds of dollars of each other, but the responsiveness from the 3 companies couldn’t have been further apart. 5 Star response puts the sundown rule to shame. They responded to my inquiries within an hour during business hours. If you want to get the best price, work with down to earth people and be the envy of your neighborhood then 5 Star Roofing accomplishes this hands down.

I worked with Kyle on the process from the very beginning and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Replacing a roof can be a gamble and there are many con or scam artist companies out there looking to take advantage of people. I tried to do my best research and in most cases the 5 Star name kept coming up even to the point that i was now seeing their commercials on TV and passing one of their billboards over an hour away. Definitely a sign in my book. Kyle pretty much laid out an outline of how things would go after taking an initial look at my roof and verifying there was some storm damage. He specifically told me who the adjuster would be for my insurance company and was more than willing to be here the same day the adjuster came out to inspect the roof. Kyle was on the roof with him for the inspection which confirmed there was enough wind and hail damage to file a claim. After the claim was processed and i picked a time frame that worked with my schedule, my new roof was installed 3 weeks later. The team showed up at 8:15 am and the work was completed by 6pm that day with a through clean up of any and all debris. Kyle and Patrick that project manager both came out again on their own to do another magnetic sweep just in case any nails were missed in the yard. I opted for the additional warranty after having multiple conversations with Kyle and i couldn't be happier. Their communication and responses were quick and detailed and no one seemed to mind that i had a ton of questions. There was no delay on answering and i never felt like i was taking a gamble. Any future properties i have, will be handled by Kyle and the team at 5 Star without hesitation. They could change the name to 10 Star, 5 just doesn't seem to be enough stars for my experience.

I contacted Kyle Miles on a Wednesday about possible damage to our roof from a recent hail storm, Kyle was at the store the next day to inspect our roof. Kyle was very professional and efficient in working with our insurance to get the claim through as quickly as possible. This was mid-May and our new roof was installed on Memorial Day, and the gutters were installed on Friday. Our business was able to operate normally due to the efficiency and professionalism of 5-Star Roofing. Many thanks to Kyle, Randy, and all of the hard working people at 5-Star Roofing for taking Pride in their Workmanship. I have recommended this company to several people in our Community and will continue to do so. THANK YOU!!
