Well on today June 11, 2024 my father had his windows replaced. These windows were the original 40 years old. They were on time and very professional. They had a system that worked perfectly well for them. They showed us how they worked. Up down and the new ease for washing them. They cleaned as they went and there was nothing left behind. Needless to say I am well pleased. I highly recommend them if you are thinking to replace your windows.

Owner is unprofessional. Never showed up to do the job. Then months later started sending me bills for the job they had not even completed. Once they finally figured out they had not done the project, which required me calling them, they finished it. They use very cheap doors on the enclosed porch that stopped fitting and shutting properly within 2 months.. Had to go out and buy my own. Avoid this company.

Also, we had an issue with the screens for the windows not fitting properly. Carolina Windows and Doors promptly ordered replacement screens, and the owner Mr. Baily, along with his plant supervisor Lee, came out to replace the screens for me. All of our neighbors have commented on the quality and the beauty of our new sunroom.

Carolina Windows and Doors installed a sunroom on my house a few years ago. The craftsmanship is evident in how well it has stood up. It still looks brand new somehow despite it having taken a beating by the sun year in and year out. The windows still glide smooth and doors still close tight with no drafts or signs of wear around the jamb or weather stripping. Water damage: none Discoloring: none And for some reason I never have to clean my windows (to my extreme delight) Quality materials used for sure. Equally as cool is the fact that they reached out to me to check on things. A company being proactive instead of reactive is nice for a change Now I’m considering other projects for them

A neighbor recommended Carolina Windows and Doors to us when we needed to replace our old windows. As this is an expensive proposition, we got several bids from very reputable companies including Carolina Windows and Doors. We were very impressed with Brad Bailey who came to our home, inspected the old windows and showed us several options. He answered all of our questions and gave us a very competitive bid. The installation was amazing! The crew arrived around 9:00 am and professionally installed 12 windows in about 6 hours! They left the site immaculate...there was absolutely no construction debris left in the yard nor inside the house. We are really enjoying our new windows. They look great and we are seeing a significant reduction in our power bill. I highly recommend Carolina Windows and Doors.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We’ve been having a leak in our house in the ONLY room that Carolina windows and doors did! We have called them for 2 months about fixing it and finally someone came out yesterday. He resealed the whole roof. Now it’s been raining for a day and the same leak is there. Some work that they do. The customer service that I’ve received and my mother has received has been down Right horrible. To spend that type of money on a sunroom and get this horrible service? I will never choose them again for anything and you shouldn’t either!
