Joe and his crew are fabulous. Joe met with my husband and me and listened to our wants/needs in a shower. He was able to look at our space, make some needed suggestions and provide us with an exact quote. The crew that came to remove our tub and put in the new shower were professionally friendly, hardworking and fast. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I couldn’t be more thrilled with our decision to go with Carolina Custom Tub and Shower!!

Joe and his crew gave us exactly what we wanted and needed for my 86 Year old father. He can now get into and out of the shower by himself and clean his self with out any assistance. Mr. Joe and his crew “Craze & Son” which was Dean & Alex Craze was so top notch and top of the line! Mr. Joe kept in touch with me and the scheduling was perfect. Mr. Dean would text me every morning and let me know what time he and his son Alex planned on being here. Great mannerisms also with being so courteous. I’ve never seen such cleanliness with tearing out an old cast iron tub and old tile shower walls and these two men would always ask how it was looking and if I had any questions and where I wanted the shower head and shelves and grab bars to be placed. 2 days max…..can’t beat that!!! Thank you again Joe , Dean and Alex for a job well done!!!??

Installers were courteous, showed up on time with plenty of notice and were neat and clean. It’s very difficult to find the right company these days to trust with a bathroom remodel.

Recently moved from Long Island to NC and wanted to give my bathroom a facelift without a complete renovation. I didn't know where to look since I'm new to the state so I simply Googled "bathroom remodeling" and Carolina Custom Tub & Shower was in the top 3 listed. I gave them a call and he (Joe H.) answered right away. We spent quite sometime on the phone going over what I was looking for and he drove over 3 hours to go over the spec and details including a ton of samples colors/styles to choose from. He kept in touch with me almost weekly and I never had a problem getting in touch with him if I had questions. The installers, Dean & Alex, were phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for better, seriously. I feel very lucky to have picked this company and the work is beautiful. I tend to nit pick and find "things" that might not be up to my standard and honestly, I haven't found one "thing" wrong with the work. Excellent service from start to finish, quality material, and highly recommended!!
