We had our carpeted stairs torn out and changed to match the rest of our floors, and brand new railings put in. We are so happy with the result!! It is gorgeous, and the team working on our project were kind and efficient. The project was meant to take two days, but due to a small scheduling issue (our fault, not theirs), they had to work one extra day. Even with the extra day, there was no inconvenience, we still had access to use our stairs when needed. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Stair Pros! They are very responsive, timely, professional, and offered reasonable prices. You can tell they take pride in their work. We used Stair Pros for our railings and can't be happier!

Stair Pros of the Triangle

Getting new flooring put in and needed to get the stairs updated as well. Stair Pros came highly recommended from all of the flooring companies we looked at so figured had to give them a call first. Glad that we did. The team that came out covered all of the work areas to minimize any damage/mess in the work area. They were quick to demo the older steps and start on the new installs. New stairs (with upgraded supports) and new hand rails were installed and area was cleaned up. In the 14 years that we've been here I've never had squeak free stairs in this house. Plus no more shredded carpet from pets. Attached are pictures of the old (with carpeting) and the new. All in all very impressed by the work that Stair Pros did and highly recommend them for your stair project.

I had an awesome consultation and install experience with Stair Pros of the Triangle. For the past 10+ years I have wanted to update the stair case, and would always cut the page out of the Clipper magazine. This time, I decided to go further by researching and scheduling a company that had great reviews. They were very responsive and worked with my travel schedule to accommodate a delayed installation. Mike(?) and Jason did an awesome job with the installation. They even came fully prepared with a tent so the rain did not interrupt their progress. When they left, the install job was beautiful, and there was no clean-up for me to do. It was almost like they were not there -- with the exception of the updated staircase. Thank you so much for a great experience. I definitely recommend Stair Pros.
