They were earnest and hardworking. There was miscommunication on what areas were to be cleaned and with it being a deep clean I felt that some areas were rushed over or not even done and I had to ask them to go back and clean over. Not a 100 % spanking , sparkling clean on all things but a clean result. My appliances came out really good too, though. Expensive hourly, 4 hours, with 3 people on the job for a 1900 square foot home.
The number one thing I want from a cleaning service is excellent cleaning. I have been through many many companies who cleaned well for the first one or two times, then not so good. This experience kept happening over and over. Even after I would tell them things they missed, they still wouldn’t clean it the next time.
Now I finally have found a good and consistent cleaning company. We actually started with Carolina Services of the Triad when it was owned by someone else. They have been cleaning my house for over five years. Tiffany and her crew do an amazing job for us every time. We always get Tiffany and her crew, so now we have a relationship with her and it easy to communicate. Any special areas to be addressed, or requests for something new-I can speak to Tiffany directly and show her what needs to be done. This is so much easier than trying to explain it on the phone to someone who then has to pass it on to someone else who may or may not understand the request.
Pricing is very good and in line with other companies. A crew of 2 or 3 comes for my 3,700 sf house so that it only takes 2-3 hours, and not all day.
Lastly- everyone is personable and I trust them. Most importantly, my two dogs (who usually lose their minds and bark their heads off at every single person who comes in our house) are utterly in love with them. The dogs seem to sense they are coming and when they arrive, the dogs turn into the most lovey-dovey sweethearts anyone has ever seen. It is like old friends have come back to visit them. It is the weirdest thing. It makes me so happy.

I have used CST twice now for both personal home and business use. The attention to detail has far exceeded my expectations with both cleanings. I just walked in my home that was spotless from top to bottom! Will definitely be getting on the books for a regular schedule cleaning! Can not thank the CST crew enough for the amazing job they did!

If I could give this company 15 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. I’m not one to write reviews, but this organization deserves it. We regularly entertain VIP visitors in our facilities, and the thoroughness and professionalism of Carolina services has allowed us the opportunity to put our best foot forward with potential clients. They go above and beyond,and could probably charge a lot more for all that they do. In a day and age when customer service skills, professionalism and pride in work are often at a loss, these guys just get it right. Highly, highly recommended.

Had to post on here and give compliments to Ron Edmunds! He cleans our office everyday at Rev Mills and truly does such a wonderful job. Our office loves him and he always brightens up our day. He is a perfect example of a hard and kind worker we need to appreciate!
