They respond very quickly to your requests, have great communication with you regarding the project and accomplish it with excellence. They just finished power washing the sidewalk and patio which was almost black from moss, mildew and dirt. It now looks amazing. I had not noticed the poor condition of a railing which Joel pointed out and then painted. We also appreciate their mission focus. We contacted Joel Johnson Painting & More because of the strong recommendation from our son for whom they did a large job. We contracted for the removal of a skylight, repair the roof, and replace the ceiling opening. The workers were nice and pleasant, but neither of the latter two tasks were completed satisfactorily. No attempt was made to match the existing shingles. The drywall patch was not joined to the ceiling smoothly, so that area of the ceiling is clearly visible and unattractive. Unfortunately, even though not happy with the work, we paid in full with the understanding that acceptable repairs would be made, but Mr. Johnson never came back to look at the final appearance nor communicated with us further.

We had a very large project to repaint the outside of our home and build some railing on the front porch. I had several vendors do pricing. Johnsons painting worked with us on pricing and I knew I wanted to hire them because of their reviews. I very rarely write reviews, but this was warranted. The crew that showed up to paint the cedar on the outside of our house was very polite and professional. They made recommendations and explained why they made these recommendations. Honestly our house would not have turned out as great if it wasn’t for their decades of experience. The railing they built was great. It makes the front of our house look complete and welcoming. I could not have asked for a better crew to work on my home. Both my wife and I are completely satisfied with the outcome. Joel and his team did an amazing job. I definitely recommend them and will hire again in the future.

One of the best and easiest contractors I have worked with. Had a large ceiling area of old peeling paint, and they quickly scraped and sanded the entire ceiling and put plenty of fresh paint. This was a big job and they were very efficient doing a very good job, which helped with my home refinancing. You can see the difference from the original peeling ceiling and the finished work. Very knowledgeable and professional, easy to talk to and get along with. Good neighbor values, I would certainly hire them again for any painting job, highly recommended. ?

The worst experience we’ve ever had from a professional repair company! We were pulled in with his religious background and sat him in our new kitchen, made coffee and prayed together. He made promises he never kept. He charged us over $10, 000 to paint our new house. He had different people every day in and out of our house who disrespected our personal home. They made a nasty mess of our toilets, put their own food and drinks in our fridge, left a frying pan in our front yard, personal trash in the front a back yard each day, broke our mirror over the bathroom sink and didn’t even tell us. We had them come in 4 different times to fix all the mess and patch work they did on the walls and it was never corrected. Joel Johnson kept asking for more money and he would make it right. He never did and we are out $10,000 and still have an entire house to repaint. I asked for him to give us at least half of our money back and he never responded. Please do not be lured by this unprofessional company who lets multiple strangers in your home with no consistency and disrespect your personal space and take all your money for absolutely nothing. My heart is broken from the damage they have caused and the trust we had in this man and his promises.
