I cannot say enough good things about John and Triad Land Surveying. I called John maybe a month and a half ago and told him that we needed our yard surveyed. He gave us extremely affordable prices, and scheduled us for the next week. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to personal reasons and he was very understanding. I called him back Wednesday and told him we were ready to reschedule and wanted to do it ASAP and he told me that he had it covered, weather permitting of course. Well, we came home Thursday evening to the land surveyed. John and Triad Land Surveying were so nice and easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
We have worked with Triad Land Surveying for multiple projects over the past 20 years. Traid has always been prompt and professional. We hope to continue working with John, Barry, and Barbara for years to come.

Everyone that I dealt with at this company from beginning to end were top notch. They came out and done the job before the estimated time frame. They are friendly, honest, and went the extra mile.

Called for a quote on a survey. The gentleman I spoke with offered an estimate for their service and also recommended a quality surveyor closer to me who may be able to offer a better price due to reduced travel time. Honesty like that needs to be rewarded, I highly recommend these folks if you're in their service area.

I reviewed this company based off my early experience with one person. However I did call back and left a message and a much younger guy returned my call who was really nice. He explained why the wait was so long but he had no problem getting me scheduled on their calender. The price quoted to survey my property was also reasonable and affordable. I would recommend them. I tried to delete my one star rating but it wouldnt allow me. Maybe when I called I got a person who was having a really bad day and I understand because we are human. When you're short of help it's frustrating and stressful.
Update*** They called me earlier than scheduled expected date when something fell through. They called and asked if I still wanted them to come out. They did an awesome job marking my yard and the price was reasonable. I definitely would call them first before anyone else.

I read the reviews so I thought I would call and give it a go was looking for someone to survey our property called this company I asked if I could ask a few questions about getting my property surveyed was asked to hold on let them get to the desk before he start answering questions in an unprofessional tone. First strike when i am cutting the check. Then I asked to get an idea of what it would cost to get a surveyor out to my property and was told the wait is 4-6 weeks they can't get no help. Then told sorry that 4-6 week wait is to long for me. This why I don't use or contact businesses in my area.

We used this company to survey our property. Great communication, and very helpful for us and our needs. Later when we needed help again with adding an easement they were again very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them to anyone needing a surveyor.

Barbara Hall, Barry, and the other staff at Triad Land Surveying PC are professional and an excellent resource for surveying and land due diligence items in the Triad area. I have hired them multiple times for general surveying and they consistently go above and beyond with timely and accurate surveying and also provide advice and suggestions to be above and beyond helpful. I highly recommend them for your surveying needs.

I called them because my realtor recommended them to me and I see why. They did not do my survey because they were all booked and I was calling literally last minute but they went out of their way to get me someone. They gave me a few trusted contacts and even called a few places for me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I see why they stay busy!
