Elevator technician Carder was the best! He diagnosed the problem with my elevator and got it up and running! Thank you! That elevator is critical for my elderly chocolate lab who can’t climb stairs! Carder was polite, personable, a pleasure to talk to! Additionally, Morgan “in the office” was so helpful! She always answers the phone or gets right back to you. Went above and beyond getting a technician on scene and dealing with the incessant beeping alarm. Thank you, Atlantic Elevator, your customer service folks are the best!

It only took minutes after our arrival at the beach house for the elevator to go crazy. The property management company was able to silence the alarm, but not repair the problem. Fortunately, Andrew from Atlantic Elevators showed up *on a Sunday* and had it back online quickly and efficiently. Although the main problem was apparent, he checked the system from top to bottom to ensure all of the doors, interlocks, and safetys were working perfectly before giving it a clean bill of health and heading out for his next client. Honestly, I wasn't expecting anyone until Monday and was delighted that he showed up on the weekend to affect repairs. THANKS, ANDREW!

We just arrived in OBX for a relaxing vacation in a big 3 story home with an elevator that didn't work. Called for service and Andrew showed up not long after and had us up and running in no time. It wouldn't have been a big deal bit our parents can't do the steps anymore. Andrew was able to get it running and was pleasant to talk to while he worked. The world needs more Andrew's!

Our elevator was out of service in our Rental. Danny C quickly got the elevator operating. He didn't stop there but completed a through inspection and found out what caused the problem and made adjustments to make sure the problem would not reoccur. Danny explained the problem and he explained the repair. Danny was the best. A great technician and communicator.

Most recently Andrew came to inspect and clean the elevator which is in great shape I am happy to report. We found Andrew knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable.
