They will sell you on their "great" product, install it poorly causing it to break or malfunction often, and then always be too busy to come out and fix it or even answer the phone. Service and maintenance with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
We are very pleased with the service and expertise this company has provided us. We have used this company several times in the last year and always very satisfied. Their service is reasonably priced.

Appreciate Dave, Tommy and John helping out when I needed them in such a timely manner. They have always been considerate and thoughtful for making the best practical and safe choices.

We bought shutters for our vacation rental. I was very pleased with Mr Millers prompt call back. He was very knowledgeable and came out to quote. I was able to even custom match the color of my shutters to my home. I am very happy with my product. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Coastal Shutters.

Recommend that you go to Better Business Bureau for full claim information before you consider this company. We have had 8 service calls for shutters in only 18 months since they were installed.
