If I could give 6 stars I would have done so. We are in Graham and it’s a fairly new development. Of course on a record breaking temperature day in May, our AC went out. My folks in Mebane switched to James because of their honesty and reliability. They had also gone to my brother’s home in Whitsett to discover (when fixing the air handler) that the previous AC company (who my folks and brother used) had lied to my brother about the part that was needed.
Going back to today, I called at 1:00 and within 2 hours John had showed up. In less than 10 minutes he fixed the problem! Was a bad starter to the compressor. We are going to be setting up a service contract with James heating and air this coming week. Extremely recommended!!!!! Thank you James for your lightning speed of getting this resolved and keeping us cool!!!!!
My a/c went out last night. Got up and called this morning at 8 am. By 11 am our air was fixed.
Appreciate the fast turn around, with 3 kids and a dog in July heat.

The Tech I dealt with was John and my experience so far with him and James Heating & AC was excellent! Probably best customer service and experience I’ve had in dealing with companies over the years. Fair, honest, professional and courteous are the words that describe John and so far the staff at office have all been polite and respectful as well. When I need service again one day, this is who I’m calling again!

Our AC unit died and they helped us figure out the problem and get the part needed ASAP. They had wonderful customer service, quick communication, affordable prices, and knowledgeable workers who got everything back in working order as fast as possible!

Unbelievable service! Came two days ahead of schedule, took pictures of duct under house, Jordan went straight to work repairing the issue. He mentioned customer service being a priority, I say, " Best money I've spent ALL year". I will always use James Heating and Air!

I called James Heating & Air when central air system quit working. They quickly sent tech (Jordan) to evaluate. Jordan replaced blower motor with new one in less than 24 hours. They aim to keep your current system running ( no matter how old) as long as possible without trying to sell you something new. HONEST, Fast and Reasonable. I highly recommend them over ANYONE ELSE around.

Home AC unit stopped working, called that morning and they had a technician out in a couple hours. Told me what I needed, and gave me a price. No up sale, no trying to get over. I will use them again if I ever have an issue.

Wonderful, efficient, fast and affordable! Highly recommend. Our heat was not working and within several hours a technician was at our home and quickly identified and repaired the issue. We will definitely use them for any future needs!

I called them in late afternoon because our heater was using way more power than normal; they showed up early next morning and diagnosed and fixed a burnt wire in under 30 minutes. Everybody in the neighborhood facebook group recommended them and now I know why.
