We had a great experience with our kitchen remodel using Blue Ridge Cabinet Connection. Bradley is a delight to work with and was prompt in answering all my questions via phone and email. He understood my need for visuals and did a great job using computer generated images of the layout and was patient with me being indecisive and changing things up. In the end I got the layout I love. They use very professional and skilled installers. Their work was precise. We had a hiccup with some measurements but they resolved the issue quickly. I will update post with pictures of cabinets when my countertops and tile are complete. Beautiful work guys.

STAY AWAY: We engaged Blue Ridge Cabinet Connection for a significant kitchen renovation in our new home approximately 15 months ago, investing close to $60,000 in their services. However, our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The installation of the kitchen cabinets was disastrous, to say the least. The craftsmanship was novice-like (see Pictures), resulting in numerous issues that have persisted for almost a year now. From misaligned cabinets to poor finishes, the overall quality of their workmanship has been severely lacking. What's even more frustrating is their complete lack of follow-up and customer service. Despite countless attempts to reach out via phone calls and emails, Blue Ridge Cabinet Connection has consistently ignored our attempts to address these issues. It's incredibly disappointing to see a company neglect its responsibilities and disregard the concerns of paying customers. As we approach the one-year mark since the completion of the project on 3/13/24, we find ourselves still grappling with the repercussions of their incompetence. It's disheartening to have invested such a significant amount of money only to be left with a kitchen that falls short of our expectations in every aspect. We strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging Blue Ridge Cabinet Connection for any projects. Their lack of professionalism, poor craftsmanship, and disregard for customer satisfaction are evident in our experience, and we would hate to see others go through similar frustrations. In conclusion, our experience with Blue Ridge Cabinet Connection has been nothing short of a disappointment. We urge the company to take responsibility for their shortcomings and provide the necessary solutions to rectify the situation. Until then, we cannot recommend their services to anyone. The quality of the materials and installation is top of the line. Bree and Bradley both were wonderful with communication and the level of professionalism they exhibited.
