I was unhappy with the cost of service and the plan to up-charge for a very simple service. My toilet was leaking around the tank to bowl bolt and rather than just replacing that, they wanted to do a total “tank rebuild” for approximately $375. When I asked another plumber on the phone, who had been kind enough to talk to me despite not being able to come out, he said, “You must have All About Plumbing. They’re know for charging a lot because their employees get paid on commission.” I asked my technicians about what he said, including the fact that the parts for the inside of the toilet tank should only be $50 and why would it cost $300+ for labor, and they responded that they send out a two-person crew and that’s why. However, it’s not a two-person job. I replaced the tank to bowl kit for $3.29 and it solved my leak. My kitchen sink leak was fixed for $300 with approximately 30 min of labor and minimal parts. Wow. I was happy the plumbers could come out the same day, but that is all. I felt ripped off and don’t plan to go through them again.
Andrew came out after hours to do a free estimate on our not-one-but-THREE toilet crisis. As a single-mom with three at home and an extra that day, I was overwhelmed to say the least. WE HAD NOWHERE TO GO, literally an figuratively. Andres called first (a must for me) arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and was even able to give me some tips and tricks to help myself. We were very lucky that our situation was easily resolved, but I am infinitely grateful for the level of service we received, even before service was necessary. They will definitely be my first call next time we have any upcoming maintenance or assistance needed!

Brandon was great! Very personable and effectively communicated the problem with our well and how to fix it. Work was completed correctly and we love the 5 year warranty for added peace of mind. We will definitely use all about plumbing for any future issues!

Previously, other companies/plumbers worked for a few hours trying to unclog the kitchen sink drain lines, charged nearly $500, but failed to clear the lines. All About Plumbing sent an excellent plumber who couldn’t clear the lines after several hours, but I didn’t get charged. He returned, spent nearly 5 hours, fixed a complicated situation in a difficult location, and only then was I charged. He had a great demeanor and professional presence, and was careful about how he treated my home while working. I highly recommend All About Plumbing.

I’ve used this company multiple times now for a variety of things from well pump replacements, water filter installation for the whole house, and replacing a frozen over hose faucet and every time they provide excellent customer service. They almost always show up in the same day and get the job done right every time. They are a little bit pricier than the competition but for the peace of mind they provide to you by knowing the job is always done right the first time, it’s worth it! They stand by all their work with warranty’s and have great customer service. I highly recommend this company!

From the disastrous beginning, water spraying everywhere, to the clean ending, All About Plumbing was very professional, courteous, on time and not too pushy. I want to give a special shout out to Thomas Rains, the senior technician who provided our service. He was exceptional. He walked us through all of our options, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all questions truthfully. He was very respectful of the decisions we had to make and of our property. As the old adage says, “you get what you pay for“ – we could’ve paid less and we would’ve gotten a lot less. I will not use another plumbing service for this house again.

This is the second time I used All About Plumbing when I had a Plumbing emergency. Both times the technicians were very knowledgeable and my issues got resolved. They are very reasonably priced as well. This past time I needed all new sewage lines. They had all the equipment to get the job done. They showed up on time and worked efficiently and were all very respectful of my property. I will absolutely call on them again. Thanks for all of your help and hard work!

Exceptional Service for Water Treatment System Inspection
