Receiving is lazy I can confirm ?. Got here at 1 for a 230 appointment no other truck here. They said we can't take you till 230 busy. ?
I used REEB doors on my new home. Initially we noticed after painting there was a lot of grain pop on the door edges. REEB replaced some of the doors but I had to pay for removal and replacement as well as repainting. This was costly. Subsequent to that we noticed some of the doors warped. Last but not least, because this is the most maddening issue. I ordered the more expensive 1 3/4” raised panel doors because I wanted a more robust and solid door. In my media room we used dark colors . All of the doors have “moved” , meaning shifted , expanded or contracted. There is a white line around the raised panels exposing the primed door. Worst of all the raised panels are two pieces and sandwiched between the rails and stiles. As re of the construction and the movement all of the panels rattle. It gives the sound of the cheapest doors imaginable. Horrible experience. Terrible doors and a very costly mistake.

There's definitely no sense of urgency here. Expect them to adhere to your appointment time just to get unloaded.
No overnight parking.

I built a new home last year and installed new doors made by Reeb Millwork purchased from Lowe's. One of my new doors had a manufacturing defect where the glass was not sealed properly when manufactured and it caused a leak in my home. Unfortunately it damaged my hardwood floors. I contacted Lowe's and they quickly got Reeb out there to address the situation. The Reeb rep quickly got on top of it and saw the defect and arranged to replace my entire door unit. Awesome, right?
That is where the good customer service ended. I was asked to submit an estimate to correct the issues with the damaged floors and to finish the door issues (painting, trim, and installing blinds). I was then informed that they would not stand behind their product and cover the damages that clearly their product caused. How disappointing and unprofessional!
Reeb makes good products and I have several in my home and have installed several in my business. It is very unfortunate that they are not willing to stand behind their products and take responsibility for damage their product caused.
