Love Carolina Pest. They service our residence and all of our business locations. Such great service all around. From the technicians (specifically Corey) to the office manager, Jeremy. Any questions I have, Jeremy is always so helpful.
Excellent pest control service. Been using this company for many years. Technicians are always very knowledgeable and professional. Can call with issues between visits but usually not necessary. Front office staff is always personable. Very pleased with services.

Our service technician at Carolina Pest, Scott, has been treating our house since before we even bought it; the former owners had a contract. He is like one of the family. We have never had a problem with bugs or mice in the 6 years we have been in the house, despite living amid working farms and having multiple animals ourselves. We have a lot of vegetation around the house as well that is home to many insects, but we rarely see a live one inside. The newer automated scheduling system that Carolina Pest has adopted is not my favorite (the associates I used to make appointments with were always very nice), but I can always get someone on the phone if necessary.

Timmy has been coming to our house for quite a few years. He is always on time and takes care of inspecting underneath the house, inspects the dehumidifier and cleans it as well. Provides us with feedback that all is ok. Does us an outstanding job and represents the company in a very positive and professional manner.

Michael, our technician is very professional and takes great care of our home! We are part of the quarterly plan but they will also come out if there is an issue in between (included in the plan)! They send the same technician out each visit so they really know the home and problem areas. Would highly recommend Carolina Pest Management for any of your pest needs.

When Carolina Pest was a locally owned company, the service, responsiveness, and overall experience was outstanding. However, since they have been purchased by a larger company, the service level has declined significantly. I still love our technician because he goes above and beyond to keep his customers satisfied. They have changed scheduling methods, so they just send technicians to your house WITHOUT notifying you. You must call and tell them that they must confirm appointments prior. Well, this didn't work, and they sent the technician anyway. Even when I do schedule a specific day/time, they can't get that right either. I strongly recommend that anyone searching for a pest control company look elsewhere. We have been with Carolina Pest for 12 years and always had great service until about a year ago. DO NOT RECCOMMEND.
