We had a leak outside from the water meter to the house. Steven showed up and had the leaked fixed under 2 hours. Steven was excellent.

Face it, usually it's not a good thing when you need a plumber. With that being said, Lake Norman Plumber on Call was easy to get in touch with, easy to work with, and made a bad situation as good as it could be. The best way to show how you feel about a business is to use them again, and I have an automated water shutoff system they will be installing for me as soon as i get wifi and electrical handled. (they even recommended a great electrician to handle that part of the job).I highly recommend this fine company and their team.

Don’t call anyone else! This is truly the best experience I have EVER had with a plumbing company. We had paying guests staying at our property on Lake Norman, suddenly there was no hot water. It was a Friday and the guests wanted fast resolution. We got in touch with Lake Norman Plumber On Call after many other companies refused to take the job on such short notice. They arrived early and gave us an estimate, but that’s not the best part, Frank Hardee the representative felt bad for us with guests at our home and a weekend without hot water, on the spot, he called me and said he would replace the water heater the same day! Our guests would have hot water by the afternoon of that very day! That is called being Professional and having empathy, something that doesn’t happen too often. In my book, if you can trust a company with high business ethics, you have my business. Thank you, Frank for calming me down on a rather stressful situation and for coming through for us literally at the last minute. You’re my hero Lake Norman Plumber On Call! Frank Hardee is Superman!!

I am very satisfied with the professionalism of Stephen. He was very knowledgeable, respectful of my home, flexible and accommodating. He did maintenance on my hot water heater and replaced the cartridge in my shower. I am glad I was able to find a reliable plumber! Thank you, Stephen!!!!!! ?

After my water abruptly stopped working, Lake Norman Plumber On Call was the only company willing to come out the same day. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and professional. They were quick to fix the issue and did not leave me without water for any extended period of time. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable they are. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing issue.

I cannot recommend Lake Norman Plumber On Call enough. We had a complex sewer line issue in a very old house on the lake. Matt came out within hours of reaching out to them late afternoon on a Sunday and was able to pinpoint where the problem area was. The fix involved digging up an old sewer pipe outside the house which he was able to schedule the next morning. Stephen came out the next morning, dug and found the old sewer line and within hours it was repaired and we had toilets that flushed again. This was the nicest group of guys I have ever had come work on the house. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. These guys know their stuff and I will be using them again.

They have a quick response time, and the work was completed quickly, less than an hour. I unfortunately wasn’t home and never talked to Matthew the plumber and business owner, my wife did. I’ve included pictures to show the small job that was completed. This cost $293.00. He left the old pipe that he cut out laying in my basement, never left a receipt, and when my wife asked about occasional drain problems he couldn’t do anything about that and advised her to have the lines cleaned out. I can’t help but feel he took advantage of a woman. When I called Ms Shelly was very nice and was going to email a receipt, but she read to me what he wrote as services performed, which included, advising to clean out lines, advised to get a new water heater and advised her to replace something on the filtration system. Obviously an up sell tactic, but he was never asked about the water heater, or filtration system. I can’t recommend their service nor would I use them again.
