DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The product this company sales is straight trash. This product has left my father who has been in a wheelchair for 33 years multiple times. Zach came out and was awesome dealing with in the beginning but after 3 years the service calls have racked up. After the initial install voids were not capped off nor bolted properly to the support. The framework had filled up with salt water being this unit is at our beach home and we have had nothing but issues since. This company sales a product that they ship in from outside the US or so Zach said. Today on father’s day my dad was left stranded once again and we had to tote him down 2 flights of stairs. Thank God it was not a renter AGAIN. The service calls rank 10 plus and the trash is still not fixed. Couple of weeks ago they were called and the tech said it was fine after we cld not get it to work. Today same issue as before. Do not waste your time and allow them to benefit off of disabled people.
My father in law is in a paraplegic and wheelchair bound. We have an outdoor lift at our beach house. My FIL has been stranded inside MULTIPLE times because the lift won’t work. Liftavator technicians have been numerous times to “fix” it just for it to mess up again. It’s terrifying to know if something happened to him or at the house where he needed to evacuate he wouldn’t be able to.
10/10 DO NOT recommend this company!

My parents chose this company to install a lift at their beach house for our dad who is in a wheelchair. Issues have been present since install. Each time some patchwork solution provided only for my dad to be left stranded, or for us to carry him down the stairs shortly after a “fix”. They have made no less than 10 attempts to have them address underlying issues, only for temporary fixes to be provided. My parents have had to pay for every service call, and the elevator is still unreliable. We could not be more displeased with this product. Would not recommend. I am writing this post having just finished carrying my dad down 2 sets of stairs, as the elevator is behaving as it was ~3 weeks ago, when a service call was made for us to be told “nothing is wrong with it”.

Our technician Ryan was just terrific!!! He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. So pleasant and personable. It was critical to get our elevator fixed as we have a handicapped guest coming to visit soon and Ryan made it happen! I highly recommend him. If scheduling could only be as good as Ryan.

The first representative Zack came to our home to look at the designated area and sent our estimate. He was professional,
Knowledgeable and courteous. The communication was prompt and timeline on point. Then the installers came and did a great job.
Besides their professionalism they were friendly. My overall expectations were highly met. Your technicians and staff represent your company’s standards. And it is just what we needed! Thank you!

Truly can't think of anything that could have gone smoother. Communication was quick, helpful, and friendly. Went above and beyond to accommodate us when we botched some things on our end. Pricing very competitive, excellent product, seamless installation, and customer service better than we had any right to expect.

I want to thank Liftavator for their timely response to our elevator problem. My husband has major heart issues and we live by the beach and our house is on pilings, we need our elevator. He called the office, and they were very sympathetic to our situation. They came out as fast as they could, ordered the part and installed as soon as the part was shipped. In all it took two weeks, which was very difficult for us, but the office kept in contact and did all they could to expedite the process! the young sweet repair man came today, our elevator is working! We had to replace our old elevator as it was no longer serviceable and other companies were telling us it would be 6 to 8 months to have a new one installed. Liftavator completed the job in approximately 8 weeks with top notch quality and professionalism and their price was very competitive. I highly recommend using this company. Brian

Liftavator installed an interior elevator at my beach house and they were fantastic. While we had some delays and issues, those were the fault of the contractor doing the shaft and not Liftavator. They did everything they said they would do, on schedule, every time. Our salesman was Zach and working with him was a pleasure. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always very responsive. During installation Frank, Andre, Kevin and Jason were very helpful, and did not mind answering all the questions I had. They seemed to do great work, explained things to me thoroughly, and cleaned up the work area when they were finished.
I could not be happier with my experience with Liftavator.
