Lynn helped us on the phone with problems we were having and then came out and figured out that our power line coming into our house had a major problem. She helped us get the power company out to fix the problem and wrote detailed information that helped us explain to the power company what was going on. All of her information helped the power company quickly fix the major problem we had. Thank you Lynn for all your help.

If you want quality and integrity, Carter Electrical will never fail. I have rarely worked with professionals who care more about getting things right, “just the way you want them”! I have had them upgrade all interior and exterior as well as add to exterior lighting. I appreciate their experience and thoroughness. They were also punctual, reliable and if ever running even 15 minutes late, they will contact me. Likewise, if they needed longer to complete my job or a job elsewhere, communication reigned. I really appreciate that bc they treated me as though my time mattered as much as theirs. Many companies do not manage their customers with such a regard. They were a vehicle to complete customer satisfaction!!! And they have mine!

I am very pleased with the work Carter Electrical Contractors did for me. When my water pump first went out I had called a plumber who told me my fuse box was the issue and not the water pump. I then called Carter Electrical Contractors who arrive promptly and detected that the real problem was the wire that runs from the well pump to the house. They were able to replace the wire for me.
