? So on this day, as we approach Thanksgiving, I am grateful for Eddie! In these crazy times, sometimes it is difficult to get a plumbing contractor to a home for my client. So I have to improvise to keep my client happy. Well Eddie a sales person for the contractor sales office in the back (not in the showroom) at Ferguson off Yonkers Rd helped me so much. ?? I had pictures and dimensions of what I wanted but no idea how to get it. Eddie was so patient, kind and professional. He really knows his way around the different manufacturers that all have a vast selection of the parts we needed to update the kitchen sink faucet, a new powder room pedestal sink, new powder room touchless brushed gold faucet and a new toilet lever to match the new pedestal sink faucet! All for a great price with delivery in two business days. My client is so happy to know that this will all be completed by Friday evening the week before Thanksgiving! And my client was just hoping for it to be completed by Wednesday of the following week. Now I can focus on my family's needs next week and finished my week with a bang! ?. THANKS EDDIE!
This is a beautiful, well-organized show room. We came in looking for specific Kohler items, and almost all of them were on display here. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Crystal. Even though the show room was fairly busy, she did not make us feel rushed, and took time to answer all of our questions about various products. She was very knowledgeable, and I felt much more clear and confident about my selections upon leaving, thanks to her assistance. The woman at the front desk also offered warm/friendly customer service. Great experience all around.

I had a question that could have been answered in two minutes after spending thousands on multiple jobs with them. It is impossible to get in touch with the showroom, you have to go through a call center who told me twice I would receive a call back and a week later I still haven’t heard anything from them or anyone “who was working on it” at the showroom! They put you on hold while they “try to contact the showroom for you” and then no one is available. I spend so much time just trying to get in touch with the showroom it’s exhausting. And when I asked for the number directly, I was given the same call center number and told I would never be able to call the showroom directly… fine then I will never come back! The customer service is seriously lacking at this showroom!

Nicole Gossage and Jennifer Helbig at Ferguson in Raleigh are great! We recently completed our very first home renovation project, our primary bathroom. We had no idea what we were doing or what we needed. Nicole was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient in helping us pick out the fixtures and associated parts we needed and giving us great advice on which designs and finishes would work best with our bathroom design. She also helped us choose fixtures that we loved while still keeping us within our budget. Once our order was created, Jennifer was friendly and so quick to reach out and let us know that she would be our point of contact through delivery and provided us with delivery information. Every single item in our order was delivered promptly with no issues at all. I would highly recommend Nicole and Jennifer and hope to work with them and Ferguson for any future projects.

I like the products but the customer service is AWFUL and unwelcoming. I was in the store and barely acknowledged. The lady who was helping me behaved as if she did not know how to provide customer service to those who do not look like herself. Please train your staff on equally serving diverse populations since there are other places to get quality materials.

I absolutely love this store! The staff are so kind, friendly, and they are the most helpful! The store is warm and inviting with gorgeous displays and a large variety of products to choose from. Always so pleasurable to visit and work with! Highly recommend for your home needs!

Made an appointment and met Lauren who was extremely helpful! Didn't even know they had ceiling fans and ended up purchasing one. Excellent Covid 19 precautions. Highly recommend.
