Communication is awful. They are not responsive. The people that work there seem to busy to follow through and return phone calls. My wife and I didn't feel like they wanted our business. I'm having someone else remodel the kitchen. The new company we went with returns calls and emails. They answer all of our questions within a day or two.
It was such a pleasure working with Cameron on a cabinet project that was a bit of a challenge in the design. He and his installer/carpenter were able to design it perfectly. The ease of getting this project done was flawless. John who installed the project was excellent, thorough and paid attention to detail. The installation was beautiful. What a pleasure this has been. Thank you!

Edited 12/8. Reico's supplier let them down, but I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars because of the attentive service of Debbie and Kristie. They honored their commitment to stay on top of Merillat and drove over an hour out of their way to deliver the missing parts as soon as they came in. I'm a little customer and they treated me the same as if I was doing a $100k remodel. Check out their beautiful model kitchens ... you will covet them ...
Glad to see management reads and responds to reviews. I ordered expensive Merillat cabinets and when the delayed delivery finally arrived, a cabinet was missing a door. Who does that? Excuse was missing parts? What parts? 4 pieces of wood, a piece of glass, 3 hinges? What company mismanages production that badly? Merillat, that's who. Last promise of delivery was just missed too. Very disappointed, holidays coming and a hole in the wall ...

We went to Reico to replace a vanity countertop in our bathroom. Once we finally decided on a quartz option, the process moved swiftly. Reico came in, measured the space (thankfully not leaving it to me) and, within a week, installed the new countertop. Unlike a lot of contractors, Reico was easy to reach and always responsive.

Cameron and team were fantastic helping me find and visualize the correct piece for a tricky place to maximize storage for my kitchen. He found all potential problems ahead of time and was very communicative, professional, and extremely accommodating. I will 100% work with Cameron and Reico again in the future.

I had to rebuild some cabinets and order parts. Helen was able to order the parts I needed to repair cabinets as good as new! Saved me lots of money since I did not have to buy new cabinets or hire an outside contractor to repair. Thank You!

We needed to match and replace existing 8 years old base cabinet in the kitchen. Tami at Reico was a great help as soon as we walked in. She was very knowledgeable. Excellent communication throughout the whole process from answering questions to ordering and scheduling delivery. We’re very happy with the new cabinet.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I had a cabinet drawer that needed to be replaced due to damage. Helen took the time to research the model of the product, ordered it, and called me to let me know when it was it in.... all that just for one drawer. When I had an issue with the clips on the bottom of the drawer she offered to come to the home to repair on site.
She had the proper clips installed and attached my drawer handle for no extra charge! I will absolutely use this company for any further cabinet orders and recommend them to friends and family....they are awesome!

This has by far be one of my favorite experiences. The front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to any questions I had. The showroom had a lot of different styles to look at and compare to what I have in my head about what I want my kitchen to be. The only issue I did have, when I was leaving a couple of employees were out the front smoking, and as I have asthma, the smell and smoke irritated me. It would be nicer if they had somewhere to smoke that didn't interfere with customers. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience at Reico!
