My husband and I went to the Bath Shop to do a kitchen remodel but subsequently updated 3 of our bathrooms as well. We met Cinthya at our 3rd meeting and worked with her constantly throughout the entire project--she is absolutely wonderful! She LISTENED to our preferences and gave us choices in our styles price range. She met us at various businesses and guided us through choices and decisions. Her meticulous research helped us match items for the kitchen and bathrooms, which all turned out beautifully. Cinthya is totally patient and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with her on another project in the future.
I've attached a picture of our beautifully remodeled kitchen done by The Bath Shop. I need to also recognize the other key players who made this kitchen possible: Stephanie, the Designer, whom we chose over 2 other designers, did an outstanding job; Chris, the Project Manager, who is incredible--a master craftsman and can do anything by way of installing a kitchen; then there is Adam whose carpentry skills and attention to detail are unmatched; Tim, Project Manager, who came on-board mid-project, had suggestions that made all the difference in the end product; and Danerri, the Painter, who can match any color and blend new paint into old like magic!
All the people at The Bath Shop are first rate; they all have an amazing work ethic, they are all accommodating, and personable.
The Bath Shop is a 5-Star organization.
This was my first major renovation project and I am extremely happy that I chose The Bath Shop. Since this was my first time, I went in not really knowing what to expect. I ended up having a great experience! I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. The design team made my vision come true of having a separate tub and shower in a space-constrained master bath when other companies said it wasn't possible. All the teammates that came to do work were courteous, professional, and super knowledgeable about their craft. The project manager was also great with communicating regularly with me. I would absolutely recommend The Bath Shop to anyone looking to get work done by an honest, high quality company.

We had a fantastic experience working with the team at The Bath Shop. What I appreciated most was their responsiveness. When we had questions, they answered them. They provided us options and took the time to determine what made sense for our space. The quality of work, the speed at which they acted and the overall experience make them a must work with if you have current or future projects in mind.

The Bathshop did a great job overall. There were a few mistakes made, but the team was able to remedy them promptly, professionally and with our desires being met. The design team, project manager, and crew were great to work with. We renovated our kitchen, two and half baths, laundry room, and our stacked stone fireplace. It was a major undertaking and they were able to complete it in a reasonable time and met all our expectations. Thank you Bathshop!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with The Bath Shop!!! My husband wanted an upgrade to his office in our home. We met with the design team and together, we came up with a sleek and modern office/bar area! The team suggested newer trends in color schemes and we are in love with how it turned out!!! He now has his own office space and a bar built in to make his drinks for himself and our guests!! The design team was absolutely fantastic, the time line was exceptional, and the workers that came into our home were friendly and respectful! The work done was perfection!!! They paid attention to detail and cut no corners!!! Overall, this was a great experience. The Bath Shop is friendly, affordable, consistent, and reliable!
We are so impressed with The Bath Shop that we are already starting the process to make over our master bathroom!! We can’t wait!!!

We hired The Bath Shop in 2022 to renovate our primary bathroom. The entire team (Jamie, Jen, Stephanie, and Dave) were great to work with and communicated well. They understood our vision and helped bring it to reality. Now we have bathroom that is as functional as it is beautiful. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

My wife and I worked with the bath shop about a month ago, and loved the experience. They designed an amazing kitchen for us. Including changing the footprint and exterior windows and doors. We highly recommend working with Justin, Stefanie and Jamie. We were treated like royalty. The presentation was flawless and very professional. The designs were well thought out and custom to our solution. As a CPA, price is important to me and theirs was very competitive with other quotes we got. In fact, it was the best price for the solution. The Bath Shop will be my 1st stop for all future projects (i have 3 bathrooms that need remodeling). If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We had a leak in our master shower that necessitated tearing it out and putting in a new one. We decided we wanted to improve what we originally had from the builder, and we chose The Bath Shop as our vendor. We could not be happier!
We worked with Allison Vinson and Jessica Castillo were the designers we worked directly with to make sure we could build what we were imagining, and they were very helpful in pointing us toward tile selections and helping us understand what could and could not be done with our shower space, including providing architectural drawings to help us visualize what the space would look like after installation!
They spun us up very quickly, and were able to start installing our new shower and tile within a month of finalizing our design. Demo and install took 20 days from start to finish (they were not here every day), and I want to give a shout-out to everyone involved in the installation because they were all fantastic: Dave Swartzel, our project manager; Daniel and David, who were on the demo team (and David also did some drywall / painting / groutwork for us); Tommy, our plumber; Willie and Jay, who did the tilework; Gaston, who painted our bathroom; and Alex and Jerry, who installed our sliding glass door.
We ran into some trouble with our glass door installation, the door vendor was trying a new product and it just didn't really work, causing a delay of about 4 weeks between the time everything but the door was done and when the door got finally installed. During that delay, we worked with Travis, the operations manager, and Edwin, the glass team overseer, as well as Dave our project manager. I was thrilled at the professionalism, communication, and responsiveness of this team to the delay. There was no trying to pass the buck or avoid responsibility, they were just as frustrated as we were, and they worked diligently to minimize the delay in completing our project.
You can see our beautiful shower and floor from the pictures I've attached to this review. This was unquestionably, for me and my wife, money well-spent. The work was phenomenal and I will be using them again for any bathroom remodels I want to do in the future, and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel their bathroom.

Highly recommend The Bath Shop! Our previous shower had been leaking and caused some water damage, so we were in the market for a bathroom remodeling company. We got quotes and talked to several companies throughout the Raleigh area. The Bath Shop was exactly what we were looking for in a remodeling company. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with during the design process. Took about two months to get supplies ordered/delivered...renovations started shortly after that. The whole demo/install/tiling process took only 12 days of work! Then, after that I just had to wait for the vanity countertop and shower glass to be ready. Alex and the Bath Shop team did such a fantastic job installing everything. Bathroom looks amazing, I love it so much!!
