As a retired 21 years of Military service member 2 time Gulf war Veteran and retired from Department of Homeland Security, I like for all my ( i’s to be dotted and T cross) “attention to detail is a must” understanding nothing in life is perfect but, if one strive to be, they will come close. the job that West Shore Home Installer (Mason and his crew, Reggie, Tyler, and Jeremy ) did was damn near perfect ??, superb group of Men, very respectful, on time, very neat, always left our home clean at the end of the day. First, I want give a special thanks to Lance sale rep who got everything started, didn’t matter when I call or texted, you responded expeditiously and we want to Sincerely, thank you. Second, a special special thanks to Mason!!, Mason!! To watch you work your craft, was like watching neurosurgeon with a scalpel in his or her hand separating Siamese twins carefully making sure things was done right!! Even after a long day!!! After learning your age we were more impressive, your work ethics is beyond reproach. You face some challenges but like a true warrior you improvise. Our full bath remodel look fantastic!!! OMG!!! And to the owner of west shore home!! You have a Team of great men and women assemble, that represent the company well!! I had two other quote from different companies much cheaper but guess what you get what you pay for!! It was a honor to have West shore home come into our home and do the work!!! Thank!! You!! West Shore Home is doing an outstanding job in replacing a complex entry way door and storm door in my 1970 Townhouse! Several other competitors (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Renewal by Anderson…) refused to attempt the project, said what I was asking for “could not be done” due to the entries design. but, Not WSH! Daniel B assured me that while the project was not for the faint hearted, West Shore would make it happen. Luke and Bennitt were outstanding technicians and completed the initial framing work and new door in 6 hours, in the rain! There is still a few most custom fittings to add, after which I will post pictures of my new entrance. Excellent customer service and attention to detail in their work was very apparent and appreciated. Thank you West Shore Home, 5 ⭐️!!! Josh & team returned today to finish the custom installation. Great job and result all around! Thank you!

We recently completed our tub to shower renovation with West Shore. Tim Stonekey was our consultant. He came to our home and explained everything in detail. He answered all of our questions and was very fun to work with. We felt very comfortable choosing West Shore for our renovation project. We were kept up to date on the scheduling. And on the day of renovation, they arrived on time. That is a big deal for me. Anthony W. and Ricky J. were our installers. I was at work during the renovation and wanted my husband to take pictures of the process. They were very accommodating and stop after each process to allow him to take pictures. He said they were very pleasant during the entire process.And made sure everything was to our specifications.We are very happy with the final result. We would definitely recommend West Shore!

1st I am sorry for a late review. Had around 27 or so replaced and I have big windows. I have a hard time doing reviews. I am a combat veteran and hate to say I have TBI which has worsened all that so I have a harder time now reading and writing. So, anyway the main even my windows where installed back in 4 April 2024. The joy of what could have turned bad at anytime, never happened with this company. It all start from my 1st home visit, Dan B, is amazing he didn't try to slick talk me into anything he simply showed me his product and what it can do. I had facts, that is rare in sales. He also supported what ever chose I made and he was able to get me quite a few discounts and a finance plan that can't be beat. Let's just say I have 0% interest. I am not going to go into that but that was important to me. No to the crew man they where get they moved like a symphony. The took a 2 day job and complete it in one day with no less quality just bigger team and you can tell this is they do. I have a old German shepherd who loves to be in the way but they where great to him. He can't stand well cause he is 14 but no one had a issue with him and he just want to try to help supervise. My dad drove down from Boston cause I live alone and recently retired from the21 years in the army and I have a hard time understanding things sometimes but no with this crew. My dad commented that he was nervous before he drove down here to NC, but he was very impressed with the windows, the work, the crew, the price we got down to. He had nothing but good things to say and everyone was so polite and nice. So if there is any chance to help out this crew with praise they definitely deserve it, and the are: Austin W, Luke C., Imani L., Ben H., Tyrone B.,will B., and Josh. I sure hope I am not missing anyone. I have already recommended to a few people and some you are not in there state yet. Also I had to have a service call the day after installation because me and my dad where fixing my frame which created gab. I and I don't no his name but he was awaome and checked every widow and repaired the one that needed it. He was incredibly kind and honest so if you find his name please tell him he did a awsome job and deserve some recognition for his professionalism! Everyone is great and if I had a bigger vocabulary you would have a better review. You guys seem to have amazing teams and that's nice to see since I left the army your work is just as important, so thank it was a honor. Rebecca schlegelmilch

West Shore Home replaced new doors for our home. We have had a great experience throughout the process. Lance was our consultant and spent a great deal of time with us helping us to decide on the best options. Josh R., Imani L., William B., and Tyrone B. installed our doors and I could not have asked for a better team. They were professional and helpful, replacing our old doorbells too. They were also super funny and just made the instillation day go by so much easier. Tyrone and I talked about replacing our windows, which we know that West Shore Home will be our option. We have only 1 request and that is to have the same team install our windows. Thank you again to all of you!

We had West Shore do a shower enclosure installation this week and it went fantastic with no problems, other that they are tracking the enclosure doors, but that is not a big deal. Installers that came to our house were excellent and answered any questions. Their names were Trevor T. and Dakota P. They would even take a few minutes to show me how they were doing some thing and answered my wife's questions. They left the bathroom clean left no mess in the house and were think it came out better than we expected.

West Shore Home came last week to install a new shower in the master bedroom and a new tub/shower in the main bathroom. Ryan & Tyler showed early and showed me their IDs. They went over what and how the installation was going to happen. They had us show them where we wanted the safety bars and corner shelf's. Once finished the made sure everything was cleaned up and the shower was perfect. The next day they came back with Ricky and again were early and they showed their IDs again. Everything went just like the 1st day. I highly recommend them and West Shore Home. I would have given them a higher score if I could because they were that good. Thanks Ryan, Tyler and Ricky for a job well done.
