David at Sunnydale Electric installed a flush wall mounted electrical socket for our new range. While he was in our crawl space, he heard water running and took the time to investigate discovering a pipe leaking. Great catch, it avoided additional water damage. Our original problem was a new range that would not set back against the wall. After installing the new electrical socket, we still could not get the range against the wall. He further investigated and realized the anti tilt bracket was improperly installed by Best Buy. He took the time to reinstall the bracket properly aligned to allow the stove to recess to the wall. We had Best Buy out twice to no satisfaction. I have used Sunnydale Electric for previous projects and find their workmanship and employee’s assistance to be extraordinary. They are a prize in a time when customer service seems to be declining.
