All of the staff from sales to customer service to the installers were incredibly diligent and responsive and professional. The installers had an incredible eye for detail, and will settle for nothing less than the most perfect job that you’re satisfied with. This is the first time I’ve used this company and they’re absolutely amazing; so much better than the big box shops, and comfortably priced I might add. I would highly recommend doing business with them if you need your flooring done, and before they left, they did such a great job, I decided to get my carpeting done on the stairs as well! I absolutely love my floors now, and their recommendations for anything in question were spot on! From the type of floor to the design to the transitions….top notch group! Thank you!!
I’m a new homeowner, scheduling was simple. The estimate was quickly done, with great detail. The estimate became the price. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Other than the floors looking great. 10/10 Thank you Craig and Team

Great place to work with and my floor looks awesome! Thanks to John, Noel, and Tina for all your help and quick and nonjudgmental fix of the few spots I wanted to change up. Everyone is down to earth and it's been a pleasure. So glad I decided to go with this company to help with labor for my flooring project!

Great experience. Better price and quality than Home Depot or Lowes. Local company with nice guys who do quality work. We have used them for 2 different projects already.

I was sold on the idea of quality work and American Dream Flooring & Tile's commitment to customer service. They failed in both aspects. Although their overall estimate was more than The Floor Coverings International, I picked ADF&T for apparent confidence in their voices. But they failed to deliver the project satisfactorily. Here are the issues that I faced with ADF&T.
1. The head office to sales personnel have serious problems with communication. I had to repeat things and verify work schedules with multiple people throughout the life of the flooring replacement and re-staining wood floor project. It appeared that the head office was not talking to each other or was too busy to listen to their customer’s concerns.
2. After replacing the Laundry Room flooring, the workers re-positioned the washing machine and inserted the drain line too deep into the wall which caused the washer to leak. It wet the already installed carpet in the master bed and master closet. Although they came back and re-installed the carpet, they never took responsibility for the water leak that was caused by the wrong placement of the drain hose by their workers. I had to spend my own money to get the washer diagnosed and repaired.
3. One of the workers broke the toilet waterline during the bathroom flooring installation and flooded the bathroom. The worker never closed the main waterline to the house. They came back with their plumber to fix this, but it took several days for them to fix the toilet and the waterline. Again, I had to call several times to get them to come out and the drywall repair took another 10 days or so to repair. All they can say is, “go through the customer service.”
4. The ADF&T took out an initial 5,300 dollars deposit for the project twice and all they could say was that they never experienced this type of issue before. It took more than a week to get it refunded by the bank, not by ADF&T. It was a lot of money, and I felt like they did not provide any assurance of resolving the issue.
The biggest issue with this company is that they don’t communicate with each other and don’t communicate with the customer. I felt like I was not important to them. They talked big at the beginning of the project, but I felt like they didn’t deliver the project to my satisfaction. At the end of the project, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with their poor attitude and indifference. I didn’t feel like they cared for their customers.
You have a choice for a flooring contractor in the Raleigh/Cary area. Go with another company that cares for their customers from the beginning to the end of the project.
American Dream Flooring & Tile is not the one you want for your next flooring project.
I hope this review was helpful.

Called for an estimate and they sent out a professional named John. They charge $25 for an estimate which I think is just to keep "tire kickers" away. The estimate experience was worth the $25 even if I hadn't chosen them to do my project. John was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made me want to do business with American. The workers arrived when promised (although I was Leary due to my recent experience with contractors) and proceeded to survey my project. They too were very pleasant to work with. They got to work and finished the project to my satisfaction and left the area spotless. I was extremely happy with the end result. I highly recommend American Dream Flooring and Tile to anyone in the market for new flooring as well as repairs. They're top notch.

American Dream Flooring did a great job installing porcelain floor tile in both my bathrooms. The installer was very careful not to create a mess.

I got quotes from several different companies and none compared with American Dream. Not only were they a better value, they also had the best customer service and made me feel like a friend versus a client. I would highly recommend!

My wife has bad allergies and we had berber carpet that only made things worse. We're both teachers and we met Cregg at a JV football game. He told us about his company and we arranged a quote request. He came and did it and we got a really good price, about $4000 less than we were quoted elsewhere. The guys came a week later and did most of the house on Saturday and came back and did the kitchen on Sunday. . We got luxury vinyl plank (LVP) for a 1300 square foot house. The color la light finish It looks like wood with a very light stain. Its a very warm color and brightens up our rooms, even the dark painted ones. We are very happy with the flooring. It looks great. Wife had a great nights sleep without dust allergies.
