We've used Best Tile before for a couple other projects, both in our bathroom & kitchen. For our latest project, our contractor recommended them, and I worked with Priscilla. I visited Best Tile in Raleigh NC about 2 months or more ago. The young lady Sarah was who began to help me pick some tile for my kitchen and bathroom shower. She has worked alongside us on getting all the details and resources together. Sarah has been a wonderful help and support for us. She is always professional, informative and helpful when we have visited the store, on the phone or emails. I am so looking forward to seeing the new tiles we chose in our kitchen and shower next month. Thank you Sarah for everything.

Best place ever! They have a huge selection of all kinds of tile and flooring!
We love our black and white Carrara marble, and could not be happier!
I first spoke with Jonah, who was very helpful, and then we finished up with Ashley. Ashely went above and beyond. We recommend Best Tile on Raleigh Boulevard, and will be using them again.

Oh my goodness! Best Tile is WAY better than any other tile store in Raleigh, and that includes Lowe’s or Home Depot.
I’ve contracted for almost 50 years, and Best Tile is now my ‘go to’ place for tile and accessories!

Ashley Schatz provided exemplary customer service, experience and knowledge to my sister ( I was there as support:-)). I strongly recommend anyone that have tile needs to please go see Ashley, its more than just picking a color like a Crayola crayon.

My husband and I added a stand up shower to one of our bathrooms. Sarah Ingraham at Best Tile assisted us. Not only was she very knowledgeable but very professional and extremely patient, she guided me through each step. Sarah is a perfect example of Great customer service. We would highly recommend her!

We went to Best Tile because it was where our contractor told us to go. We walked in not knowing what we wanted for a backsplash. All we can say is thank the good lord for Leland Decker. The recommendations he gave us were spot on. From getting rid of the granite lip of our counter tops to the choice of tile we picked, not to mention the perfect grout. He was such a huge help, that we would probably still be deciding what tile to use if it wasn't for him. For us there is only one person to go to.

My husband and I went into Best Tile with an idea of what we were looking for, for our kitchen backsplash. Leland Decker approached us and we explained our design idea. He took our idea to a whole other level. He showed us how we could tweak our design to make it that much better including tiling the entire wall next to our cabinets. We loved the idea and we love the result. Leland is friendly, extremely knowledgable and has a eye for design. I highly recommend going to Best Tile and working with Leland.
