I came to ProSource not knowing what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised. Ivonnie was the representative who assisted me. She was so professional with her knowledge, but what's most important to me was that she made me feel like I was the only customer she has ever had. I wish every company had someone like Ivonnie working for them. Thank you!!!!

Service and pricing were outstanding. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be coming back for more of our flooring and remodel needs for our clients.

Rude and dishonest. Don’t be fooled by this place! They mark up all of the materials over 50% to 70% of the market value. Getting actual pricing is like pulling teeth. Do a price check online.what they are doing should be illegal. I only know this because Janley my sales rep told me they are not allowed to give an actual price to clients sent by contractors she had to verify I was independently buying and not sent by a contractor because the contractor sell it for the marked up price. I was supposably given contractor pricing on my floors but who knows. I was told my floors were in stock and would be delivered in 3 days. The day of delivery Janley called and said they were not coming and I needed to choose another floor.
I was told that she would discount a floor if I chose the same brand many of which were also back ordered!!! Ironic. It’s been a week and I finally chose a floor I’m interested in. I called in today to get a quote and was told only Janley is allowed to help. Even the manager could not help. I’m stuck with no floors and my contractors already tore my floors out thinking the new ones would have been here a week ago. It’s a nightmare that ProSource is not trying to help correct. Any other place seems to know what is in stock or out of stock except pro source. I haven’t been able to get a quote for the new selection. I found a much nicer whole sale flooring company called verion floors in Raleigh. Alex was so kind and got me my quote and with a very fair price with in minutes. Janley has yet to respond to my request for a quote so I have now decided to just get a refund and take my money to a business that isn’t rude to their clients. Owen, John, and Janley need training on customer service. Janley is not responsive and the entire experience has been stressful and exhausting. I wanted to cry when I found out my floors are not available, I’m glad I found verion flooring. Now I am trying to get a refund for floors ProSource can’t provide but apparently I need to have Janley do it who isn’t responding… I should have listened to the other negative reviews!

We purchased our REVOTEC flooring for a kitchen remodeling project. I absolutely love these floors! I’m a serious cook and I sometimes cook three or four hours for events. Every time I walk into the room it feels like I’m walking on velvet! Such a change from cooking on tile or wood floors and other laminates. It’s beautiful and easy to care for. Our ProSource salesman spent a lot of time with me showing floor samples next to counter and wall tile samples that I brought with me to match. He was most helpful, and I highly recommend the company and its flooring.

The advisers at ProSource know everything about home improvement and helped us make good choices for our budget & style preferences. We got to bring samples home to assure that we made the right decisions for color, lighting & complimentary styles. Our thanks to Laura for her help through the process.

We had a great initial experience picking out our floors from Pro Source. However, once we ordered and paid for the materials the interaction and communication was horrendous. We decided to save some money by picking up our own materials and were told to come by at anytime during business hours once alerted they came in. We drove 40 mins to arrive over an hour before close of business to be told that even though our materials where there, the warehouse manager was gone and we couldn’t pick up. We tried to contact our sales person to express our frustration and trouble and after two voicemails left on separate business days, we received no return call to address our concerns. The lack of communication and disregard for customer care once the bill is paid left a pretty bad taste in our mouth. We’d hesitate before recommending this place to anyone.

We've been working with Ed and John, and they are both incredibly knowledge and helpful! We've received excellent service and advice, and patience with my many questions and changes throughout our planning process. Just placed our order for our kitchen cabinetry on a great sale (without a contractor, with the contractor pricing). Couldn't be happier! Thanks, Ed!
