I had tile floors and carpet done by Nelson. Inhad heard good things about him, and was happy with his work when he did a granite counter top. This time, Hiswork wasn't what he had offered, he used very cheap quality products for the carpet that he installed in our house. When confronted by me after I had to ask two other conpanies about their opinion, he only made up escuses.
His work style is very dirty, he left a mess without any concern about taking care of things. Did a mediocre work with tile the tile floors.
You have to be on top of him every step of the way to see things done.

We had a wonderful experience working with The Rock Tiles Doctor. We had new countertops installed in 2 bathrooms. Alejandra was very patient and helpful as made our decisions. Nelson and his team are efficient, punctual and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

We discovered The Rock Tiles Doctor by referral. We had a terrible experience with another Raleigh solid surface company. The Family at TRTD are so lovely. Talented, Kind hard working and execute/deliver what you ask for and expect from a pro. We are so happy with our Marble tables!
Killer Queen Wine Bar in DownTown Durham is a prettier spot thanks to them.

The Rock Tiles Doctor did a phenomenal job with my kitchen & laundry room countertops! From the very beginning their communication was great, they showed up when they said they would (which unfortunately is rare these days!) and they delivered an amazing job! This crew is highly knowledgeable & precise. If you’re looking for new countertops, I 100% recommend this company!

I really enjoyed working with The Rock Tile Doctor. We had a sort of complicated job with our wood floors. Instead of a lot of shrugging and hesitation Nelson and his crew went after the problem and solved it without drama. Always reachable. Always returned calls and very affordable Came up with solutions. Because you always need solutions in this business. Thanks for a wonderful service.!
