I just had today the worse custom upholstery ,the worst experience ever. After finishing the work which was not good at all. They did not accept credit or debit card. I urge them that I will leave my credit and driving license with them till I go and get a cash from the machine. They refuse and stated that I have to pay them before taking my car. I said this is a very bad customer service. I left without their permission to get the money. While I am on my way to get the money they arrogantly called me few times saying that they called the police and that I have to come and bring the car within 20 minutes, they were trying to frighten me. I came within 15 minutes and paid to them. They did not warranty their bad work because I left without their permissions. That is definately illegal reason for not getting a warranty. I consulted my lawyer & stated that I can take them to court. I would not recommend worse custom upholstery ever ,they are worthless.

Needed to get my car headliner redone. They did a great job and finished within the day. Affordable price, too!

They did a great Job and saved me Hundreds of dollars! I have a Volvo C70 Convertable. I had gotten quotes on replacing the top because the back window was falling out and every one said you had to replace the whole top. I kept putting it off because the quotes I kept getting were very High and they wanted to keep my car hostage for over a week. I stopped by and talked to BCU they quoted me a great price. They did ask me to pay for the top up front but then when it came in they only needed to have my car for a couple of days. They did a great job and my car looks great. I also had them stitch up my front set that was torn in the seem and that was taken care of with not problems.
If you need good work at a really fair price BCU is the place to check out.

Very poor experience. I had a chair re-upholstered and ordered two custom pillows made from my fabric and trim. The chair upholstery has bumps and wrinkles in it. The pillows have bumps and rumples in them, the trim is applied unevenly, and one of the pillows has three stains on it. When the mistakes were called to Best’s attention they made one attempt to fix it, but none of the issues were resolved. My fabric has been ruined. To top it all off this whole process took 3 1/2 months! There were unexplainable delays, lost fabric, and many unreturned phone calls. I can’t ever do business with this company again.
