My old garage door opener (Gene 2028) was installed by the built in 2019. It was not corrected installed and it was a chain driven. It has had problems within last 4 years and drove me crazy. Today I found this company by googling online and after making a phone call, they sent out a technician called Travis within 2 hours and he is very fast and installed a new garage door opener for me (Liftmaster Model 87504-267) . It is belt driven and has backup battery and camera etc. He also lubricanted all the connection parts of the garage door and explained how to use the new technology and took all olden equipment away. This model is so Innovative and convenient and safe. It opens very quietly too. I am so happy for this company's service. They are professional and provide fast and good services. I would like to recommend them to anyone I know.
The price was in range from other quotes. The doors were installed today by LD and Seth. They arrived on time, were friendly and completed the job in reasonable time. The quality of the doors is as described and my wife is happy with the color. Very quiet to boot! I’m hoping that I don’t need new garage doors for the next three decades. But if I do, I will definitely give these guys a call again.

Amazing company. they deserve the 5 star ratings and it doesn't surprise me that they have them. We had them repair a spring a decade or more ago. Recently, we had issues, I found their contact info, and they came and made repairs at a fair price and quickly. I'm really impressed with their follow-up service. Since that last repair, we had an issue and they came out, diagnosed it, and went above and beyond to make it right in a way that was completely unexpected. I won't share the specifics of what they did as I wouldn't expect every situation is the same, but I'll say that they provide unexpected, amazing, prompt and friendly customer service. You really don't find company's like this much anymore, sad to say. And Travis is the best. Don't know the other techs, sure they're good if not great, but we like Travis.

Great from start to finish. The office staff I spoke with were very friendly. They helped me get a same day appointment. The technician, Travis, was very friendly as well. His communication was excellent from ETA, explaining the problem and fix, additional recommendations, and cost. His work was efficient and quick. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I would recommend Garage Door Specialist to anyone.

When our garage door wouldn’t fully open, I called the Garage Door Specialist and they were able to send someone out within hours. Upon inspection, Alex explained the various options and he was able to replace the garage door opener during that very visit. He was professional, courteous and attentive throughout the process. We are very pleased with his service and strongly recommend Garage Door Specialist.

I sent an email concerning insulating my garage door. The young lady who responded was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions in a series of email exchanges. I got a quote and the installer showed up. I got a text and a phone call that he was on the way. He was courteous and introduced himself. It was cold so we didn’t chit chat. He got to work and a few hours later the work was done. He explained everything he did, made sure I saw their sticker and gave me a few tips to maintain my garage door. Based on the experience, I will use them for any future work on the garage door and will recommend them to friends and family.
I probably should have taken photos before I pulled the car inside but you can that it is a nice clean job.
