The Folks at the licensing board are extremely helpful and kind
Totally unresponsive to requests for general licensing info. Phone always goes to voicemail & messages are never returned. Email addresses listed on website bounce, and or are never responded to.
Licensing rules are convoluted, complex, and cumbersome.
Easy to see why so many contractors bypass dealing with this nonsense.
Typical government employees with no accountability...

Wait time was ridiculous, but employees were exceptional, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their service isn't the old angry woman it used to be!

I called to ask what study materials I needed for my gc exam and no one could tell me. Called multiple times and the same answer everytime. All I wanted to know is what literature do I need to buy so I can properly study for my exam and they didn't know and didn't tell me where to get the infor.

I called for some info and a really nice lady was helpful and took time to answer every thing I needed.
