Our inspector was very thorough with the job at hand and was very detailed in the descriptions of his findings. The report we received was very helpful during our blue tape walk-through of our new home.

I highly recommend Advantage Inspection for any kind of property inspection. Matt was professional and courteous and explained his observations very well. The inspection report was thorough and well written. Matt went above and beyond by adding extra reference photos in the report. I was very pleased by the whole experience.

Lance was great! He went over every detail of our old 1981 house and explained anything we might need looked at in an easy to understand way. The inspection has by far been the smoothest part of buying our first home so far, and I would definitely recommend Advantage to anyone else! The follow-up reports and referrals have also been a tremendous help and simplified this whole process for us.

Really appreciate the quick response from Advantage Inspection for our buyer's home inspection. I was surprised at a couple of the major findings I wasn't expecting on a brand new home! Thanks to Grant's diligence, our builder is correcting the issues and we can feel confident that we're starting our new home on the right foot. 10/10 recommend!

Let me start off by saying that I completely understand the home inspectors having to do their due diligence when completing a home report for a prospective buyer. But unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this home inspection company and the condition which they left my house. They not only failed to properly inspect my attic, but they also managed to damage the sleeve (smashed it to the side as opposed to using the zipper) while doing so, this seemed to have taken an effort to do so. To make matters worse, they left my smoke detectors hanging haphazardly and the power panel wide open, creating a dangerous situation. It appears that generally they do a great job based on tons of other reviews so maybe this was just due to a rogue individual, but I am disappointed in the unprofessionalism in my situation.
