We had several cleanings including a deep clean to start and then biweekly. We have 2 dogs so our floors can get pretty messy. Our initial deep cleaning was fantastic. We had a slight issue with our second bi-weekly cleaning. The floors just weren’t done to an acceptable standard. The response I received from the company was outstanding and exemplary. A model any other company would be wise to copy. They responded immediately - asked to come rectify the situation and followed through impeccably. The floors are spotless and we are extremely satisfied with raleigh cleaning company. Thanks for top notch customer service. Update from earlier post. We have had Renee clean out house and she is amazing. Impeccable cleaning service - very friendly and always on time.

The team arrived on time and were well equipped and independent. They did a great job and were meticulous with their work. I also appreciated their supervisor visiting at the end of the visit to introduce herself and do some random quality checks. All round great experience and highly recommended!

We love using the Raleigh Cleaning Company. Melissa and Kimberly are so sweet and always on time.They do a fabulous job cleaning our home. They even leave treat for our fur babies. Nina the owner is very responsive whenever we have to do a change in scheduling our cleanings which is super helpful especially during the summer season. We highly recommend this company.
