We’ve been customers of Air Experts Heating & Cooling for years - members of their Comfort Club. All of the technicians that have come to our home for regular service checks or repairs have been top notch. This morning Jose Estrada arrived for our annual AC check. He was courteous and super thorough. Found a blocked drain which had recently been affecting one of our units, got it unclogged and explained why it had happened. We highly recommend this company!

During the strong storms we have come thru this past weekend our upstairs AC Unit sounded like it was going to take off. Since we are a Service Member of Air Experts Raleigh Heating and Air I called them immediately and got on the schedule. Michael did a great job listening to me, he explained the issue and how to handle it if it happens again. He duplicated the exact noise with a quick power cycle at the furnace which caused the compressor plates to stick. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, he provided me with great customer service. I would highly recommend Air Experts. Every service they have done has been done perfectly both AC and Plumbing!

Brandon did an excellent job inspecting my AC for the annual maintenance. He reviewed the system with me and made good suggestions on prolonging the life of my system. He is an great technician and a asset to Air Experts, as a company you all offer the best service and representation in the Triangle, very trustworthy and much appreciated!

I will speak for the ultra high quality service and attention to detail by company technician Todd Whaley. He is excellent and served us well in troubleshooting a nagging issue. We have been with this company since 2018 and find them responsive on calls. Their annual maintenance plan is very nice as they conduct a "tune up" twice per year.

My experience was great! Luis was very professional. My appointment was scheduled same day which was awesome. Luis was very professional and sweet. Even had to run for parts and made it back same day. Have another appointment tomorrow to finish up. I would highly recommend this company they do what they say they are going to do and that goes a long way with me in todays day and age of customer service.

All around great service today! I Called at 8:30 and the technician was at my place by 11:30. He fix my unit and explain everything to me and show me pictures of everything that he did while he was servicing my unit. He was extremely professional, shook my hand and took his time to show me what he did. Highly recommend!

Mike came out to do preventative maintenance on our system and did an excellent job. He was extremely professional, explained each and every thing he checked, and took care of our system like it was our own. He arrived on time with the promised call ahead and quickly got to work. He answered all of our questions, replaced a bad capacitor under warranty, and verified our system was operating properly. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Short version: issue was fixed, but future customer is lost. I needed a repair of my AC and scheduled time for (non weekend) day. The technician was great - fixed everything in 15 minutes with very minor repairs. The repair required a replacement of part of the drain pipe + 2 t-connectors and a cap (see image attached). Since I needed the AC to work I couldn't say no, but oh my - what a highway robbery. Got billed $350 for about $8 worth of materials and 15 minutes of tech's time. I emailed the management that I was frustrated with these prices and got a response asking to elaborate. I provided the details and it has been 10 days of complete silence. Not impressed.

As always Air Experts was great and Chris was outstanding. I had a concern late yesterday afternoon and they were able to get someone out late this morning. Chris took his time to walk me through everything and assure me that the system was running as it should be. He showed me all the readings and everything was in great working order. They even tied the checkup to my last service to make sure something wasn’t missed which meant there was no charge. That is outstanding customer service by the scheduler (Elizabeth ?) and the tech (Chris).
