We had an experience with this company a month or so ago where two techs came in and they were supposed to fix something and ended up breaking some kind of screw or something and just left. We ended up having to call back and the manager came out to fix it and get us back up and working. I’m sure because of all this heat we’ve had and our unit overworking, it went out again. Aireserv came out again and the techs name this time was Chris. He was very informative and answered any questions we had. He fixed our issue and got us back up and working again.

Aire Serv call early Monday and offered to come right away. The technician was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He identified the problem within minutes, provided an estimate quickly and once approved, resolved the issue quickly. I recommend this organization to anyone needing HVAC. They also have a very reasonable semi-annual tune-up service with discounted pricing for any needed work.
