Not often a company delivers better, cheaper, and faster - all three - but All American did just that during our recent AC replacement. Solution met all our objectives, price was competitive, and they beat their originally-promised schedule by 5 days without any pressure from us. Best part was the installation crew - organized, efficient, great attention to detail, courteous, professional in every aspect. Very pleased with our All American experience.
I cannot say enough nice things for our experience. Grayson was above and beyond! He was totally on time, very professional and extremely fast in getting us up and going again.

Overall, the folks at all American have been nice and quite helpful. I have primarily used them for maintenance of my Trane HVAC systems and they have done a good job as far as I can tell, i.e. no system failures to report. That said, I am having to have them come out a second time To repair a poor installation of UV filters I Purchased from them for my systems. Although they are always polite, it took multiple calls to get them out for repair first time. And here I am again having to address the same installation. So we will see. Fingers crossed they will do a good job and Get it right the third time around. And hopefully I’ll be able to bump up their rating next time.

Had our first maintenance visit today, Harrison showed up exactly on time and did a great job. Communication has also been very easy with the company! Planning to continue using them going forward.

I am very pleased with this company. They offer a yearly membership program at a reasonable cost with a 2 X a year system maintenance and discounts on service calls. Friendly service all around.
Natalie is awesome as coordinator, everything from setting up a new membership contract to service appointments. AAH&A is upfront on costs, I have never experience shock pricing for work preformed by them. I recommend this company to everyone. No longer do I get the feeling of being used after having used an A/C repair company. Thank you for being an honest company!

We are so fortunate to be supported by strong small businesses like this one. I have used this company since 2009 on 3 different properties. Not once did they ever try to sell me something I didn’t need, and they always helped me maintain my old units affordably for so many years. In the past 18 months we have needed new lines run on a mini split and two whole new units including ductwork, and I was very happy to rely on them for these big investments. The prices are always fair and the work excellent. All the employees are so respectful and kind and always answer my questions. It’s literally a pleasure to have them visit for maintenance, which is what they did today, thanks Grayson :)

This was a service call to investigate why the AC blower was not working. Turns out my Generac generator has a circuit that was preventing the power from going to the blower. So now have to have an electrician come out to fix that problem before HVAC guy can service my 2 AC systems.

Moved into a new build home and ran into a few issues as can be typical with new builds. The project manager put me in touch with the plumbing division of All American Heating & Air Conditioning and these guys were incredible. They showed up quickly and worked feverishly to correct the problem working well into the night until they were satisfied my drainage issue was resolved. They returned the next day in daylight to address from the street and make sure the construction debris and rocks were cleared. Not only that, Gabriela kept me informed of the status and actions needed and has continued to follow up with me to ensure everything is working properly. It’s been a long time since I worked with a company with such dedication and focus on customer experience and service. The guys who worked on my house are a true asset to this company.

The technicians always deliver great service. I have never had any issues and they are always so professional. Justin did a great job and was a pleasure to work with, especially when he had to pivot and use an alternative solution which worked out fine in the end.
