Great Customer service. The other company I had service tried to sell me a new HVAC system close to $25000. Luis explained me throughly and answered all my question's patiently. He fixed the motor for very reasonable prices and analyzed HVAC to make sure it has some life, before we can completely replace it.
They have been serving 2 houses we own for the last few years. They are great!!! They have come out twice for our older unit and once was a holiday and they were extremely professional and curious. Had everything up and running in no time at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Great customer service and response time.

Comfort Monster saved our weekend. We called at noon because our AC wasn't working, and they had an opening in the afternoon. By 4:30, we have working AC. The technician, Justin, was incredibly friendly and personable, and he got our unit fixed quickly. He even had a Comfort Monster dog toy that he gave to our dog to distract her while he worked! Couldn't be happier our Comfort Monster experience, we'll definitely be using them again

We had to reach out to Comfort Monsters after returning home from out of town to discover our A/C was not working. They immediately sent out a tech, Luis Delahoz, who quickly diagnosed the issue. He very thoroughly explained what happened and notified the office that a part would need to be ordered.
They were VERY quick at ordering the part, they kept in contact with us through the process and as soon as the part arrived they immediately put us back on Luis' schedule for THAT DAY.
Luis was very helpful, polite, professional and answered all our questions. He took the time to explain and show us what he had done. We will be asking for Luis for any future work!
We were happy with the work and would recommend them.

Luis was able to diagnose what was wrong with my unit and provide an estimate on how long it would take to repair. He was on time and easy to work with! The office staff are also very helpful and try to accommodate you as best as they can. Great service!

Comfy was awesome to work with! from the initial investigation to the proposed solutions to installation, everything was very professional and timely. I talked live multiple times with knowledgeable people who listened to my situation and helped me make a great overall decision. The installation went flawlessly on my 2 units. Over communication by the team on when they would arrive, what was being done, and things to understand made me extremely comfortable. the install team was amazing. very careful inside the house, very focused, and worked quickly and expertly.
I would recommend Comfy for any of your AC/Heating needs. They ROCK!

Luis was very polite and knowledgeable about the condition of our air conditioners. Absolutely no pressure but was clear on how we can take the next steps in repairing versus replacing than. Very helpful, Thank you

We have the Comfort Monster service membership and have had multiple technicians to our house. All have been very knowledgeable and talk down to earth to help us understand and don't act like salesmen. We've had multiple issues in our newly purchased house, and Comfort Monster walked us through many repair options, have come out twice at NO COST to adjust dampers, and came out next day for a heating issue on Jan 1! Very highly recommended!
Cool logo, check....but are you really picking an HVAC company based on a cool logo?
