I just wanted to thank you guys. My experience with your company was outstanding..front to back.
Stephanie was my inital contact and super responsive. Miles and Andrew (the installers) were outstanding people. Hard workers, courteous, and diligent.
I’m also impressed you were able to replace a part without ripping the whole system out. Most HVAC companies were only interested in replacing my entire system. I know it wasn’t a hugh deal, but I promise you have a lifelong customer in me.

Thorough, professional, attentive to concerns, knowledgeable and efficient. Cool Change swapped out builder’s units several years ago, maintaining new different sized Trane units since. Office & technicians are easy to work with and anxious to serve. Highly recommended.

The folks at Cool Change listened to what we were looking to have done and provided competitive pricing that was within our budget. We are very happy with the results.
Follow-up maintenance was also professionally done and really helped to fine tune the unit.

I had a great experience with Cool Change Heating and Air from the technicians that service my A/C from the ones that help me change the unit this pass days ( unit change on the 5/29/2024 )
very open and honest guys , the head of the company came personally to give me advices on witch unit was best for me with out trying to sell me a supper expensive item but rather the one i need it for my home size
they give me a nice price with a very good financing and help me out with extra stuff that i didn't have to change or replace of my home
the unit was place very professionally by the technicians ( "MILES AND MICHAEL ")
They explain me everything i need it know and show me what i should do and how my new unit works ...a well done 9 am to 3 pm work ( not an easy task either by the way )
it was very nice to see and talk to peoples that make you feel like they are trying to help you as a person to person situation and not someone just trying to get you for a high price and never seen again
thank you guys , i be sure to keep my annual maintenance with you guys

Just had Cool Change install a brand-new duel fuel heat pump+gas furnace combination and start to finish I had a great experience. Stephanie did an excellent job putting together multiple options for quotes, explaining the differences, then getting my installation scheduled. Next, the installers themselves (Michael and Santos) were incredible--super professional, friendly, helpful, and did a truly amazing job cleaning up and labeling everything. Their attention to detail was above and beyond, and greatly appreciated. Finally, the system works great!

JD worked with me to get a unit that would meet my needs and was in my budget. Technicians were professional and arrived promptly. Job was done so efficiently that I hardly knew they were here.

Everything from the start was top notch. JD came out and inspected our hvac unit, provided an estimate for a replacement and gave a very thorough explanation of everything and answered all of the questions we had. Stephanie was very responsive with our proposal, continued to answer more questions we had and easily and quickly made changes to the proposal with each change we made, they even were able to get us on the schedule VERY quickly. On the day of installation, Michael and Santos continued the excellent service. They arrived early, worked quickly and finished the job in the early afternoon. They insured our thermostat was properly set up and answered a question I had about the air filters. We're very happy with our new unit and very lucky to have found such a caring and honest company. We highly recommend them to everyone!

I strongly recommend this company. JD has put together a team of people who really care about their customers and have the experience to take care of any heating and air problem. Stephanie is great to communicate with in the office, and Miles is an awesome technician and person. If you are looking for a honest and dependable company, then I would try Cool Change.
Adding to my initial review now… we just had a mini split HVAC install done by them, and it was absolutely a great experience. Michael and Santos both were awesome, answered my questions and concerns, professional, and got it done very quickly. I would definitely recommend Cool Change if you need a new install as well!
