We picked CertaPro Painters of North Raleigh for our external painting needs due to initial consultation and reasonable cost. We had Ishmael leading the crew to paint and they always showed up on time. We essentially had to repaint everything that can be painted outside (siding, trim, fascia, soffit, doors, shutters, etc.). We also had to repair wood trim that rotted around the house. The team did a great job splicing the wood at my specifications and it looks extremely professional. At first, I was nervous and wasn't sure when certain painting tasks will get done but Ishmael and David (Director of operations) provided me with good updates and assurances everything will be done. They did a fantastic job painting and also fixing house imperfections. I was miticulous with my list and they went above and beyond to correct the house issues. My only reservation is with Sherwin Williams paint and that it will last a long time. Overall though, I'm super excited for a new looking house and certainly recommend CertaPro Painters of North Raleigh.

We interviewed several painters and right before making the final decision we came across an ad for Certapro of North Raleigh. We set an appointment and John came out quickly. John was so friendly and walked around our house discussing what we wanted as well as making suggestions and answering any questions we had. He then took time to take photos and measure the house before coming inside to go over the company, the process, and the team all before presenting the quote. We never felt like just another "job". We chose Certapro because of the personal feel we received from John. After signing the contract we were set up with Josh, the production manager. Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had and great at communicating before and during the process. On the starting day of the project, Ricky, the foreman came to introduce himself. He discussed the project with us to make sure we were all on the same page. They pressure washed and started carpentry the first day. It was nice having the same crew handle all aspects of our project. Josh came out during the week to chat about how things were going and meet with the crew. On the final day we walked the property with Ricky to make sure we were satisfied. Everything looked fresh and clean! They did a fabulous job on the carpentry and the painting of our house. We recommend Certapro of North Raleigh for your painting needs.

My wife and I had CertaPro Painters of North Raleigh paint the inside of our home. We could not be more happy with the entire process and the spectacular results. Here are some of the highlights: • Working with John on scoping and contracting the job was easy and straight forward • Scheduling the job with Josh was seamless and he worked to fit the work into our busy schedules • It was a large job, at almost 3000 sq. ft of painting, including 20 ft. high ceilings • We did a walk thru with Josh (production mgr.) and Walter S. (crew chief) prior to start of the job to ensure alignment on what was planned to be painted and the colors for each space • They had a large crew show up on the first day to do the prep work (patching, spackling, etc.) and cover/wrap furniture, cabinets, floors, etc. • My wife and I (and our puppy) were in the house the whole time as we both work from home and the crew was always considerate to our presence and ensured access to key spaces • The crew worked extra time in order to ensure the job was completed on time • They cleaned the house very well once the job was done, hand wiped floors, vacuumed, moved furniture back into place. We were very impressed with how they left the house. • Walter S. was the crew chief for our job and he was responsive and thorough when we had questions and ensured that the crew knew exactly what was expected We would be happy to work with the CertaPro team again, and would recommend them for all painting needs.

This crew literally KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!!! They made sure to address the areas that we thought were light and any of the tiny drips from the trim that had gotten into the base were covered as well. The house looks brand new!!!!! We are ecstatic with the results, and the crew really represented CertaPro well, they were punctual and showed up exactly when they said they would, they cleaned everything up each day so you would never know the house was even being worked on, and they were super friendly and courteous the entire time on the site!
