We have used Capital Pest Services for three years and have always had an incredible experience. All of the technicians who have come out to do our quarterly services have always been incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They show up on time and the consistent communication from the entire team is second to none. We have never had any issues with pests getting into or near our home since we began using them, and we were quick to sign on for quarterly services after we noticed some pests in the house we had just purchased. The team was incredibly gracious, patient and understanding and eased our nerves providing a quick solution to treat the problem so we could move in as scheduled. Our extended family has even been so impressed, that they use their quarterly services as well. Today during our service, we had Ken Heggins. Ken took the extra time today to educate me about the products being put around our home, and his kindness and patience as he explained the services being performed were outstanding! He clearly goes the extra mile for his clients, and we are excited to make him our regular service provider going forward! Thank you Ken and Capital Pest Services!

Yesterday I received my quarterly service from a Capital Pest Control representative by the name of Ken Heggins. I am always satisfied with the service and you do come back without fail if I have any issues(just once with sugar ants). I was especially impressed yesterday, and would like to commend Mr. Heggins, who was very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable and dedicated to his trade. His service was excellent just like my first service that prompted me to go on a regular schedule. He took his time and educated me. He is a consummate professional and is a true asset to Capital Pest Control. Thank you for acknowledging Mr. Heggins excellent service and allowing him to be my regular service representative.

Wade from Capital Pest did an excellent job treating our house today! He was kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He also found an ant nest under our stairs, that we did not know about, and took care of it for us. We will definitely continue our business with Capital Pest Services! Fantastic experience!
