I had a sewage issue that was very stressful with unknown variables. Tyler Gileau with Matthew's Plumbing was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, courteous and empathic to my situation. While digging in mud and sewage he was very neat and cared about the quality of his work. I highly recommend Matthew's Plumbing!

I used Matthew's Plumbing to help me fix a toilet that was leaking. It was very easy to schedule via text, and they were able to send a plumber out the next day. The plumber (Tyler Gileau) was great. He was very patient in answering all my questions and providing a few different options for how to fix the issue. He's very knowledgeable about all things plumbing and (most importantly) he got the leak fixed very quickly!

Matthew's team has a wealth of experience and professionalism. Patrick is always warm and engaging when he takes my calls. He answers my questions and sets appointments for repairs or consults quickly. Tyler is a stellar technician. He takes is craft seriously and cares for the customer by explaining what needs to be done and expertly completes his task. Jerry came out to give a quote for a whole house re-pipe. He took the time to educate me about the process and the quote was very reasonable. Matthew's is now my go-to for all my plumbing solutions. Thank you, MPS, for running a trustworthy business. Matthew's Plumbing Solutions' team is an asset to the community and the plumbing trade.

I just had my water heater replaced by Matthew's Plumbing Solutions. After the initial visit I had an issue with the installation, which I expressed to the office. They heard my concern and sent someone out at my earliest convenience to address the issue. I am very happy with the end result! Though it's always nice when there are no problems in the first place, we're all human, and sometimes problems arise. How a company chooses to address these says a lot. Matthew's Plumbing Solutions is clearly very customer focused, and obviously cares about making sure that their customers are happy with the services they provide. Thank you!

I came across Matthew’s Plumbing in 2023 after having worked with a handful of unpleasant contractors and plumbers who had poor customer service and follow through after the job was done. The experience of working with professionals from Matthew’s Plumbing has been refreshingly different. From the front desk staff to the field-men, Rhonda, Patrick, Norman and most recently Tyler have been phenomenal. They are very respectful, knowledgeable and humble, even though they are very skilled at their craft. I would not recommend another Plumbing company with such confidence as I would Matthew’s Plumbing, given the experience from interacting with the district employees has been consistently pleasant and professional. I am never left thinking I was cheated out of my money and left wondering what I actually paid for in the quality and customer service of a job. Most recently in having my bathroom faucet replaced, Tyler’s knowledge of how to remove a stain in the drain area of the porcelain vanity sink, saved me from spending an extra $250 to replace the vanity before install. If you are looking for professional plumbers and have a job, a million tones over I would recommend them with confidence and look forward to working with Matthew in completing another job.
