Absolutely impressed with the service we received from Jason this morning. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue with our water heater quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Jason only fixed what needed fixing, which was refreshing. He wasn't pushy with any unnecessary services. Overall, a fantastic experience!
We recently moved to Raleigh and were unhappy with our tankless hot water performance on our newly built home. Midtown plumbing sent Jason out to our home and he found that the builder configured the unit incorrectly and also fixed a water pressure concern. Very thorough and professional and 24 hours later our hot water is almost instant at every faucet. Would highly recommend!

I recently had a great experience with Midtown Plumbing. First of all, it was very easy to book an appointment by telephone. I was given a two hour time slot for the technician to arrive. The technician called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away and he arrived promptly within the given timeframe.
The technician, Jason was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my hot water heater and he explained it to me with photos and a video that he shot of my hot water heater. I needed a new part for it and Jason even called the water heater’s manufacturer to see if the part was under warranty.
Jason returned to my house a couple of days later to install the faulty part. He installed the new part and thoroughly checked to see that my system was working perfectly. He made sure that I was satisfied and that I didn’t have any questions before he left.
I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing!

Excellent service. Our technician, David, explained everything during the repair. He then found a good replacement for us and completed the job. Could not have asked for better customer service and repair to get us up and running quickly. Would definitely use Midtown Plumbing again.

Great experience with Midtown Plumbing. They replaced three faucets and also the fixtures in one bathroom, including the valve. The tech arrived on time and was as nice as could be. The work was done quickly and neatly. The price was exactly as quoted. The tech explained everything and offered bits of advice that were helpful. I don’t give companies five stars unless they exceed expectations. Midtown Plumbing did that.

Midtown Plumbing has helped us out twice over the past couple of years and both times they were responsive on short notice. Their plumbers are respectful and thorough in their process. David took care of the problem with our on demand water heater and gave it a good cleaning. We will have him back out next year for an annual cleaning. Midtown Plumbing has earned our business and loyalty going forward.

Midtown plumbing was great again! We have used midtown plumbing before and continue to have a good experience. David was so professional and personable. He did the work that was needed quickly and efficiently. He was able to solve our drain issues without costing us a fortune. Highly recommend this company!

These folks have always been great for us. not too pushy. listen. fix and keep you informed of what’s happening with the plumbing issues at hand. thorough. expensive. annual membership program is pretty great. Jason in particular is the tech we have often is fantastic. prompt and well communicated from him in the field and the team in home office. five stars.

Midtown Plumbing is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Same week services. The tech Jason was very informative on initial consultation and instructed us there were some things we could handle ourselves. We used them to install a new faucet and they credited us back the diagnostic fee since we used them for install. Jason returned as our install tech and despite a 1-2 hour job taking 4 hours, he stuck it out and completed everything (until it was at his standard). Thanks again Jason! Highly recommend this local Raleigh company and know I can trust them with future plumbing needs. Book with confidence!!
