I recently had A & M Premier Roofing & Construction complete a large project on my house, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. The scope of work was extensive: replacing the entire roof with a beautiful standing seam metal roof, custom fabricating chimney caps for both chimneys, painting the entire exterior of the house, and refinishing and repainting an interior vaulted ceiling due to damage from several previous leaks (different roofing company had installed only 12 years ago).
From the beginning, the sales process was exceptional. Cody and Nick were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering my numerous questions (admittedly, there were a lot with such a large project!). While the insurance claim wasn't an option, and A & M's bid wasn't the lowest, the positive reviews and thoroughness of the team inspired me with confidence in their quality.
This confidence proved to be well-founded. The roofing crew were incredibly thorough in prepping the roof for the new metal roof. This gave me peace of mind, especially considering the prior leak issues I had experienced. They ensured everything was properly flashed, addressing those past problems and giving me confidence that my roof will be watertight for years to come. Also, the painters were fantastic. They invested significant time preparing the surfaces before repainting. I was so impressed that I would hire them again in a heartbeat! The final product is great, and I've received countless compliments from neighbors on how great the house looks. There was a minor issue when the painting crew accidentally damaged a section of the yard and irrigation system next to the driveway; however, they responded quickly and ensured everything was properly repaired.
The one area for improvement would be communication. While the office staff was readily available to answer my questions and resolve any concerns, the flow of information regarding next steps could be smoother - I think this is due to the scope requiring different crews and multiple parts of the business involved. Additionally, I found myself having to review the detailed work scope with the crews on arrival as they weren't always fully briefed. Overall, these were minor bumps in an otherwise impressive project. A & M Premier Roofing & Construction delivered exceptional quality work, with a fantastic team that prioritized customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any roofing or renovation project!
The process was super easy from start to finish with this roofing company. They dealt with my insurance company very quickly also and got the roof installed in few days. Bailey and Andrew are your go to guys if you hire this roofing company for your roof installation. I am very satisfied and happy from their service. Also, their roofing material is the highest quality in the Triangle.

A&M Prmier Roofing gives SUPERIOR customer service.
A&M Premier Roofing has just completed replacing my roof. My wife and I are highly satisfied with their service. Their representative came to my house several months ago saying that they were doing work for a neighbor and asked if they could check my roof (which was 30 years old) storm damage. I told the rep that I did not believe I had any damage since it had been inspected a year earlier) but they could check. Their inspection detected damage and they handle submitting the claim to the insurance company. And the only out of pocket expense I had was the deductible.
The work was done on schedule and completed in one day. There were no unexpected changes. All the personnel were professional and pleasant. The entire experience with A&M is the best I had with with a contractor working on our house in the 30 years we have owned the house.
I would highly recommend A&M Roofing.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I contacted A&M Premier Roofing and Construction after noticing some issues with my roof, and I'm so glad I did. First time dealing with this company. I have to say it was painless. These guys were hands on from start to finish, and made it easy for the consumer. To top it off the crew they selected to replace my roof did it in one day! I still can't believe it. The quality of of work is amazing ?

A&M Premier recently replaced our damaged roof. Their process was seamless. They performed an inspection, met with our insurance representative and guided us step by step through the process. The sales staff provided a great overview of the products and made it easy to select shingles that look great with our home colors. They kept us up to date with communication, scheduling, and project status and completion. Their crew showed up on time, diligently performed their work, and left the property clean and tidy. We are very happy with the new roof we received, their exceptional customer service, and quality of their workmanship. I would highly recommend A&M Premier for your roofing needs.

Simply the best!!
This roofing company is the best!! I usually run everyone off. Zach was genuinely kind in explaining what he wanted to do. I was pleasantly surprised with each interaction. From 1st initial contact with Zach, to Darienne, Onna, Wendy and to the last contact with Alexi!! They were prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. A&M handled all the paperwork for me. The roof crew with Lester, took time & ultimate care to preprep and cover all areas to prevent damage to my property, such as my flowers, garden, siding and deck. They quickly removed the old roof, put on the new one and thoroughly cleaned the property. They also took all the waste and debris with them. It was a truly pleasant experience. Thank you!! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a seamless roof replacement process with A&M Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the initial inspection to the final installation, every step was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
The journey began when Rep Christopher noticed the damage to our roof and took the initiative to offer an inspection. His proactive approach set the tone for the entire process. He meticulously documented the damage and engaged us in a detailed discussion about the necessary steps. He even offered assistance in contacting our homeowner's insurance company to initiate a claim.
Throughout the process, communication was a strong suit of A&M Roofing. When the insurance adjuster arrived, A&M's presence was invaluable in ensuring that every aspect of the damage was properly assessed. The adjuster ultimately acknowledged the damage and approved the claim, thanks in part to A&M's thorough documentation.
The financial aspect of the process was also handled with precision. The insurance claim was split into two parts, and A&M promptly received and managed the first half to kickstart the project. Texts and emails were sent with clarity, containing all the necessary documents and contracts. A&M went the extra mile by scheduling a call to discuss these documents in detail, which helped eliminate any potential confusion.
The true testament to A&M's dedication came when the roofing crew arrived for the installation. Their punctuality was commendable, and I was personally walked through the entire process by the supervisor. They displayed an exceptional level of care by placing tarps around the house and addressing my concerns about falling shingles.

Upon completion, the crew ensured that all yard items were put back in their proper places, leaving the property as neat as they found it. Notably, there was absolutely no damage to the house or the outdoor property.
