Overall, very pleased with Iron Horse. Nour, was my main point of contact and he did a great job in communicating with me on all updates. My roof job was completed in 1 day. With in a few days, a production supervisor came by and did a sweep of my property to collect any roof debris/nails that were missed on the initial clean up. From start to finish, everything went well, with no concerns.

Had some hail damage and, frankly, was a little skeptical about working with insurance. Nate with Iron Horse took the reins and dealt with insurance…even when they offered an insufficient amount for the replacement. He negotiated with insurance to get the repair covered (minus deductible) and treated me with the 100% best care all the way through. The roofing team was quick and efficient and now my roof looks AMAZING. Quality products, quality labor, outstanding customer care. I highly recommend Iron Horse. Nate and his team are fantastic!!

Friendly, professional, affordable, communicative and cooperative. This job definitely tested all of these. Nate recognized storm damage and helped set up the insurance claim. He kept me well informed and was great at building trust. The whole crew was professional, even when a trespasser, literally angry about the gray color of my shingles, started yelling at them. It couldn't have gone better. The cost was much more affordable than I expected, and high quality, so I'll be using Iron Horse again for my new house. I wish I had known about them sooner, because I had so much unnecessary anxiety about getting a new roof.
