The team at NC Rebuild was wonderful! Jason came by to give us a free estimate on our roof which needed replacing. He noticed wind/ hail damage. He and his team fought tirelessly for months with our insurance company to finally get the entire roof replaced and fully covered by insurance. His team replaced our roof (including the wood under the shingles), replaced all the gutters, did some repairs around the house, replaced some siding, and painted. He was very professional. In an industry where we found folks weren't always responsive, Jason was VERY responsive and answered all calls, texts, and emails immediately (and was happy to answer our insane amount of questions). He did the work in the time frame he said he would and was more of a perfectionist than we were. He and his crews were extremely professional and great to work with. I can not recommend Jason and team enough.

NC Rebuild replaced our roof and painted our interior after storm damaged caused multiple leaks. The house is over 100 years old. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job. Get an estimate from them. The results will probably exceed your expectations.

Jason took great care of my parents a few years back, they couldn’t stop raving about the experience. They recently had a small leak around a bay window. I called and they came out right away and did a thorough inspection and did some preventative work to prevent possible future leaks. They made us feel like a priority, were great communicators and everything else you’d want. A+, highly recommend for any size job!

Used NC Rebuild, Jason Hagens in summer 2023 to make repairs on my home due to storm damage. While he claimed he could complete a variety of home repair tasks he actually cannot. He completed the roof but never completed the remainder of the home repairs or issues. He came up with a variety of excuses and reasons why it took four months before we broke our contract and he went completely NC without submitting any paperwork to my insurance company. He just cannot be trusted to complete the work or proper documentation.

Great job by Jason and team painting the full exterior of our house. He was always on time and did what he said he would do. He followed through with questions or issues we had, would definitely recommend.

We're new to NC and needed a general contractor to handle some repairs and painting on our house. Our realtor recommended Jason and we're glad she did. His estimates were fair, his team started sooner than expected and the quality of their work was excellent.

We found Jason at NC Rebuild through a friend. Jason first installed a new roof and gutters with leaf guards three years ago. He was helpful in choosing the right shingle and shingle color which was a definite improvement to what we had. We love the gutter guards. They work very well in keeping the pine needles from accumulating. No more climbing a ladder,
When we wanted our deck rebuilt, we called a Jason. The job was done in a very timely manner. His crew just finished staining the deck and it looks great.
Jason insists on his crew doing quality work. He may be more particular than I am. ?. He is very responsive to any concerns and quickly addresses any problems. We would highly recommend NC Rebuild.

Jason worked with well with our ins co. Crew arrived on time and left our yard and vegetation looking like no one had been there (everything looked great and no nails lingering anywhere in the yard). Everyone was very friendly and considerate. Completed when scheduled and on time. We used NC Rebuild to replace our roof (hail damage) and put up seamless gutters at the same time. Jason came out a few months later just to make sure we were satisfied - great customer service!
