We had Window Depot convert our screened deck to a sunroom/3-season room. It was disappointing to only be able to use that room only a few months out of the year and all of the pollen and dirt that used to get in there. No more issues now and we have an enclosed room that is very useful! Dave and Mike were great, explained the install process, gave updates during installation, and were very detailed in their work. The custom windows are great quality. Also, Window Depot makes sure that everything is done correctly and will make sure to take care of any outstanding issues you may have. If you are thinking of making a sunroom, definitely recommend Window Depot.

I want to extend a very special thank you to Scott, Jobe, Joyce and David, for bringing a new window life to my home in Fayetteville NC. Each of the above Window Depot USA members were with me from the beginning up to the last window being installed. I am in total in awe with the beautiful transformation of my new windows! If you are seriously interested in new windows, please contact this company. I am speaking from the heart when I say this company knows their stuff; they are very professional, knowledgeable, patient and above all personable. The windows are not only beautiful but comes with excellent quality and truly affordable. This company installed my large picture window last year and every time I pull out of my driveway I just smile away! NOTE: This company will be installing windows at another property I have here in Fayetteville. This is truly a 5 Star Company!!!!???

We were very pleased with both the quality of the window we ordered (a large picture window for our dining room) and the installation provided by Dave. Our window was installed exactly one month to the day it was ordered! Both John (the account manager who helped us) and Dave (the lead installer) were friendly and efficient and a pleasure to work with. We definitely plan on using Window Depot again when we replace the rest of the windows in our house.

Scott paid us a visit to go over the windows and brought samples to look at. We were very impressed and decided to purchase nine windows for our older home. I had a ton of questions and emailed Scott. He answered them all and came back to the house with the window sample to show me again what we would be getting. We set up the installation date and are very pleased with the results. The installers did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves. The windows are beautiful and let in so much light. We got a lot of window for our money and not a whole lot of bulky frames. High quality and affordable prices. This is a great company should you find yourself in need of windows.

Extremely pleased with all facets of my 26 window replacement project with Window Depot - sales, quality of the window, and the installation!
I had already received quotes from 7 different installers when I discovered that Window Depot would install a brand of window I had researched and preferred - the ProVia Endure 601. I then called Window Depot and met with Scott, who answered nearly all of my questions. For those he could not, he arranged a call with who would be the lead installer for my project - David. I had numerous questions regarding how the existing windows would be removed, how the cladding would be installed, etc. It was good to know that David was an actual employee of Window Depot and not just a subcontractor. I then circled around to Scott and signed the contract, which was one of the lower prices I was quoted - and the lowest for the ProVia Endure window.
The window installation itself went very smoothly and was of high quality. David and his helper Michael were polite, efficient, hard working and and a smooth running team. At then end of the job, we had a detailed walkthrough of every window and verified the operation, cleanliness and the caulking - both inside and outside. I highly recommend Window Depot for quality of the project and the people I interacted with.

The entire process with Window Depot was wonderful. From our sales guy Scott to the installers and office staff we had top notch service with our window replacements. When purchasing this type of product you want to be sure to get quality and service. Window Depot was in line with other businesses for pricing however their customer service was superb. We will use them again!

We used Window Depot to replace two windows in our home. One was a double window, and the other was a large triple window with an "eyebrow" transome above. This was not a standard size or configuration, and required a custom solution.
From the initial visit and prompt quote from Scott, communication and scheduling with Lisa in the office, detailed measurements from Dave, and ongoing support from Jobe we had an excellent experience with Window Depot. It took some creative problem solving to develop a final configuration that matched the style of the home, right down to matching grids and details. The product we placed on order was truly a design and style which fit our home and preferences.
The windows were manufactured and ready for installation ahead of the estimated date. On the day of installation Dave arrived on time. The double window installation went smoothly, but upon removing the existing triple window and transome damage to the existing framing was uncovered. Dave worked with our contractor to coordinate what he would need, and the framing was replaced to accommodate the new window.
Jobe helped us to have Dave return on the day we needed, and Dave did a masterful job of installation of the window and transom. The finished project is very solid, looks beautiful, and will enhance the appearance and comfort of our home for many years.
We couldn't be more pleased with Window Depot and how they worked with us to find and customize the right product, and also helped us get through the situation with the unforeseen damage, all leading to a fantastic result.
We're thankful to Scott, Lisa, Jobe, and Dave, and would absolutely trust Window Depot with additional projects for our home.
