We have been customers since 1997, both residential and business. Alert Alarms is the absolute best security system company. You never have to wait to talk with someone there. They come out quickly to assess your security needs, make suggestions and give a quote. You never wait long for installation or service. Jay and the crew are very professional and kind. They have gone above and beyond to help us. Once, we had an issue with our system (not their fault) that they took care of while they were away on vacation with their family! Their pricing is excellent, also. We highly recommend them!
There were many systems available. We chose Alert Alarms because we wanted to support a local business, their reputation was good, their service was great and the product was exactly what we wanted.
There were cheaper upfront systems but making a long-term comparison, we found Alert Alarms was in the same ballpark. We also read that getting out of the well-known systems was not easy. Alert Alarms has no hidden stipulations.
Justin and Mitchell are competent and easy to work with.
We're very pleased that we chose Alert Alarms.

Alert Alarms has been absolutely amazing! We have had service with them for just over a year. From the professionalism of the installation to the service afterwards, Alert Alarms has been the best by far! We recently had a tech issue that Jay and team fixed in less than 8 hours time and made sure that our property was protected!

Recently had to reset my system to wireless due to issues with the phone line. The guys were thorough, checked the system carefully and made necessary repairs/adjustments and helped me set up the app on my phone. Having had a "major" company before Alert Alarms, I find they are responsive to a service call and customer service oriented.

We couldn't be any more satisfied! Amazing communication, listened to our needs, showed up and completed a fairly complex residential installation on time and on budget. They were thoroughly professional, and everything works exactly like it's supposed to with no problems. TOTALLY recommend Alert Alarms.
