Talked to Rick in December and he said it would be April 1, 2022 before he could survey some land for me.Then I went to see him that week to go over the details. He said we will be there Friday the 1st. The next day he called to tell me something came up and it would be at the end of the month before he could come out. After I’ve been waiting since December, I finally got tired of the run-around and hired someone else who came out the next day. When the new surveyor was done, my bill was ALOT less then what Shulenburgers quoted. I’m glad it worked out this way. Check around before you hire this group!

For whatever reason, these guys seem to not be aware that people have security cameras on their property.... More than one of them "relieved" themselves in the backyard of my property, in plain view.

Hired shulenburger to do a survey 2 years ago. Meet his "CREW" on the property to advise them of what needed to be done. No problems until I picked up the deeds from my attorney and found out that his crew didn't follow instructions and screwed up the survey which in turn screwed up the deed. Went back to schulenburger and he refused to correct the situation that his crew created. On top of that the fees were astronomical. I will never use them again and advise everyone to beware.
